I think 1 1/2 to 2 years out it turns from bear to bull. There is too much money out there and people with it are just waiting. The market is so much different than it was in 1929. So I don`t think you can make an argument for a three year sell off, maybe 12 to 18 months but only in certain sectors. There is too much cash on the slide lines waiting for the buying opportunities to present themselves. Warren Buffet is a buyer and everyone knows it.
