Regardless, the previous lawyer can still sue for unjust enrichment of Hudgens despite the fact that the contract is voidable. That means that not only can he get back what she owes him for advancing the funds, but he can also be able to get back any increased earning capacity she&#039;s received as a result of his help. So it doesn&#039;t matter if the contract is not effective because she was a minor, the court will still probably award the previous lawyer some sort of reparations for the investment, which means Hudgens will still need to fork out a pretty penny for it.</description>
