Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron Breakup and She Gets Sued
OK! magazine says today that "High School Musical" co-stars Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens, who have dated for the past few months, have now broken up. Here’s more:
According to the source, while Zac was away in Europe promoting Hairspray, Vanessa was at a Hollywood Hills party, where eyewitnesses say she was "all over" her older, not-Zac date. And when someone dared to ask about Zac, Vanessa "threw a fit and said ’don’t mention his name!’ "
After his return home to L.A., the pair were spotted Sunday night driving together in Zac’s car, though the mood looked anything but festive.
Points go to Vanessa for breaking up with homo Zac face to face. She has bigger balls than he does. It’s still a mystery if Zac leaked the nude picture of Vanessa because he already knew she was going to dump him. Looks like she’s already moved on, and chances are pretty good she already had moved on before the picture leaked. That’s my theory, but what do I know. I still predict the future and see the past using an old fashioned crystal ball. Someone said I should use a television. A moving picture box? That’s impossible.
Venessa’s week isn’t getting better, she’s being sued by her former attorney. Here’s more:
High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens is being sued for $150,000.
In the lawsuit, filed Monday in Los Angeles, her former attorney, Brian Schall, claims the 18-year-old actress owes him two years’ worth of unpaid lawyer fees, the Associated Press reports.
Schall says Hudgens signed contracts agreeing to pay him 5 percent of her earnings while serving as her representive for a period that started in October 2005. He calculates she owes him a balance of $150,000 from the $5 million she has earned since then, according to the suit.
I wonder if her ex attorney would settle for a bottle of baby oil, a camera, 5 minutes alone, and a naked Vanessa?

How incredibly stupid are you? If you’re a minor it’s not quite as simple as if you’re an adult, but it’s not as though nothing you sign matters until you’re 18. Minors sign all sorts of legal contracts–if they get in trouble with the law, if they work…minors can get married, which is yes, a legal contract. Different states have different laws on what minors can sign and what loops have to be jumped through but trust me, whatever small bits of legal knowledge you’ve acquired from wherever doesn’t mean that you know anything. And you certainly don’t know anything about a case where you have none of the details! If there are no grounds for the case, especially like that, where any random person on the street with no knowledge of the case could outright dismiss it because it’s just that implausible, guess what? It will get dismissed.
Look whatever happens, if it gets dismissed (for some actual reason–her being a minor could actually end up being part of it, but it would be pretty complex legal crap and something her first lawyer missed or screwed up…i’m saying complex here, not something obvious to a 14 yr-old teenybopper), if they settle out of court (most likely), if it goes to court (not that she needs more press), whatever happens, there will be actual laws and legal things that it takes study and degrees and hundreds of hours looking up the relevant law and how it applies to understand.
Not just “she’s a minor, nothing she signs counts”
If you are a minor and operating under that perception, good luck…you’re in for a big surprise!
Vanessa and Zac, you both are great people, but your choices weren’t the greatest. However, i think some of your small children friends are too small to understand, so you’re saved there, but with the people who do understand, you have hurt your personality more then ever. If you guys want to show who you can really be, then it probably would be best to maybe post a sorry letter. I know it sounds stupid, but that’s who I am thought of as, almost my whole life, at age 12. Invisibility is as well one of my feelings, you might want to try to avoid camera’s about it, like that ring of your guys. hope to both of you!! you guys seem like a good, hot, couple, (forgetting what you guys did). Sorry, I know everyone is saying mean comments about it.. i guess that’s the price for making bad choices.
that was a very bad thing to do! Vanessa seems so sweet and I cant imagine her doing a thing like that! she’s got so many fans and most of them are children! she’s sending the wrong message. Zac, if I were you and Vanessa wouldn’t change her ways I would dump her. Zac, your so sweet and you deserve somone better. But what do I know. I’ve never met her before so she could be really sweet. I dont belive everything I read so its just a matter of whats really happening and whats going to happen.
vanessa hudgens you are so bad you should of never did that. because you are so beautiful and sweet you were a romodel to everyone even me you are so pretty why would you do that? well any ways i heard you were cheating on zac.i also heard that you were going to give the nude pictures to Drake Bell.but i canot believe taht you would do that. you only act nice in camera but behind the camera you do stuff you aint supposed to be doin i canot believe what are you going to be telling your fans or your romodels think about it please. love raquel

Sounds like the lawyer isn’t much of a lawyer… If he was he would know you can’t hold a minor to a contract they signed as a minor… Let me see… 2005 was what 2 years ago and She’s 18 now…. Hmmmm… My spidey sense of math says she was 16 and the lawyer was an idiot.
