Taylor Dayne Arrested for DUI

Back on March 6 Taylor Dayne (46) was arrested for DUI in Beveryly Hills, around 1 am, after failing field sobriety tests.
The L.A. County D.A. has charged Dayne with one count of misdemeanor DUI. Dayne’s attorney, Scott Spindel, says she was originally stopped for speeding. He claims she blew below the legal limit of .07, but is still being charged for blowing above the legal limit, because she failed sobriety tests. He says they "intend to vigorously fight this case."
Dayne is due back in court on June 2.
