Whitney Port almost completely lost her bikini top when a wave hit her in Miami Beach while she was filming a scene for The City. Afterward Whitney apologized on her blog:

Okay so a couple photos were captured while I was in Miami that weren’t the most discreet and I’m sorry if they offended anyone but I got too caught up in the sunshine and the weather that I guess I wasn’t as cautious as I should have been.

Everyone knows the rough and tumble of the ocean mixed with a bathing suit — not the most attractive thing ever! So sorry for the view…very embarrassing to say the least!

I guess all I can do now is laugh about it and move on!

I thought it was a very "attractive" accident. A much better slip was when Whitney was just eating at the Ivy, and one of her girls fell out of her dress, and she didn’t even notice.

Last year Lauren Conrad was getting paid an estimated $10,000 to $20,000 per episode. This year it’s a lot more. In Touch listed the salaries for each cast member of The Hills non-reality reality show:

• Lauren Conrad: $75,000 per episode
• Heidi Montag: $65,000 per episode
• Spencer Pratt: $65,000 per episode
• Audrina Patridge: $35,000 per episode
• Whitney Port: $20,000 per episode
• Brody Jenner: $10,000 per episode
• Lauren Bosworth: $10,000 per episode
• Stephanie Pratt: $8,000 per episode

In Touch says and insider said:

“The only reason L.C. gets paid more than anyone else is because she demanded in her original contract that no one could ever get paid more than her.”

Lauren can thank Heidi and Spencer constantly whoring themselves in the media for helping to boost all of their salaries, and attract more attention for The Hills.

Whitney Port, from The Hills, had lunch at the Ivy in Los Angeles on Robertson Blvd. this weekend, and she really let it all hang out. The Ivy is where celebs go when they want the paparazzi to take their picture, so this looks planned.
