Despite appearances, Hollywood Grind really isn’t "all Xtina, all the time."

Either she was practicing the "acting" last night or it’s hormones. Never underestimate they’re power.

Aguilera visibly crying during "Beautiful." She must be thinking about a little Jordy.

And, we still wait for the call from her people confirming the good news!

TMZ caught up with Kathy Hilton leaving the Ivy yesterday and asked her how Paris is doing and what the family has planned for her release.

Momma Hilton didn’t mention any big parties, implying that they would hunker down as a family. No mention, either, of whether the family time would be spent at the house in West Hollywood, leaving fed-up neighbors to wonder whether to expect a media frenzy Monday.

Of course, Paris owes NBC a million-dollar interview, so we wonder what "decompression" really means to the Hilton clan.

Kate Moss, Pete Doherty wedding news is spreading and video evidence of their unique love continues to surface.

In Doherty’s new memoir, he makes a declaration clearly intended to be romantic, and Moss concurs. This from the New York Post:

"Smack and needle-free we shall marry in the summer and I become 10 times happier than any given smackhead. Huzzah!"

The tome, "The Books of Albion," also includes a love note from Moss revealing how mesmerized she is by Doherty:

"You have touched my heart and soul you little [bleep]er . . . You make me high my sweet. My skin shivers and longs to be held by you."

That she is so smitten with the guy has people on both sides of the Atlantic scratching their heads. These two are like every dysfunction wrapped up into one big trainwreck.

This one from a couple of months ago, which Pete posted to the Internet himself, is definitely worth another look in light of their romantic revelations.

Last week, when David Hasselhoff won custody of his daughters, he was seen out on the town celebrating victory, with a new gal on his arm.

But, apparently at least one press story documenting his gallivanting went too far for the Hoff’s liking.

In an exclusive statement to TMZ, Hoff’s publicist, Judy Katz, says that Hoff wants a "prominent apology from ‘The Sun’ tabloid over an article titled ‘David’s Back on the Sway.’" The article, which has since been removed from its website, claims that Dave celebrated his court victory by "getting completely plastered" at Les Deux nightclub in Hollywood.

According to the statement, "Mr. Hasselhoff emphatically denies the allegations," adding that if he doesn’t get a heartfelt apology soon, "proceedings will begin next week in London’s High Court for defamation of character, and there will be a Jury Trial in 2008, at which time he looks forward to clearing his name."

This is probably a slam-dunk for Hasselhoff, but that drunken video isn’t going anywhere. His reputation has been safely established.

This may not be Better Homes & Gardens, but Pauly Shore isn’t scared to go public about his dispute with neighbor Wes Craven. TMZ caught up with Pauly on his way back from grabbing some coffee, and "The Weasel" didn’t hesitate to show the camera why he thinks Craven’s claim that water from Pauly’s property caused a landslide on Craven’s hillside is bogus.

No comment from the Craven camp yet. It’s always nice to see the rich and (kinda) famous have little squabbles like the rest of us plebians.
