Victoria Beckham has filed a $100 million lawsuit again Rock & Republic for a "loss of earnings." Rock & Republic complained publicly that Posh had not done enough to promote her dVb jeans that cost $300 a pair, and are now being sold at a steep discount. Posh’s lawsuit implies the jeans have sold better than reports would suggest.

Victoria Beckham celebrated her 34th birthday at Via Veneto restaurant in Santa Monica on Sunday with her hubby David Beckham. Others of note who attended the party were Will Smith and Jada Plinko Smith, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale, Kate Beckinsale without her husband, Elton John, Eva Longoria without her husband, and Diddy.

Despite rumors there was a rift with the Beckhams over Scientology, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes also showed up.

Suri Cruise also had her second birthday on Friday in Los Angeles, and celebrated mostly with family at a Scientology retreat.

The same Cruz Beckham, son of David and Victoria Beckham, who isn’t afraid to break dance in front of a live Spice Girls audience, even knows how to send a message to the paparazzi. He’s going to be a rebel when he grows up.
