This photo was sent in alleging this is Anna Nicole Smith after she died. This is her, she is covered in vomit, but not dead. Her lips are not blue, and her skin is still pink and oxygenated. The pink in her hair is very festive for the ocassion. The sad part is someone close to her chose to take this picture of her passed out naked in her own vomit, rather than making sure her mouth and airway were clear of the vomit, and perhaps wiping her mouth and chest off. This is Anna alive, and not her corpse. It is possible this photo could have been taken earlier on the day she died. OK! magazine has paid almost half-a-million dollars to buy the uncensored pictures of Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minillo having sex in a hot tub in Mexico, but don’t expect to see them any time soon. The celebrity friendly magazine bought them to keep them off the market and to make sure no one else could publish them. The Daily News says:

OK! shelled out $400,000 for sex photographs and accompanying video of Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo. "There’s much worse stuff than what got out there on the Internet," says a snitch. "If Nick’s fans saw it all, it would definitely change his career, because he kind of has a squeaky-clean image."

But don’t expect to see any steamy pics in the mag’s pages.

In accordance with their celebrity-friendly policy and recent Lachey-Minnillo cover story, OK! shelled out the money to take the material off the market, says a source.

Perhaps the reason Nick doesn’t want the X rated pictures of him boning Vanessa is because this time last year, Jessica Simpson was quoted as saying, "Nick didn’t pack too well if you know what I mean, but I got over it." She also said, "Nick’s small package was a problem sometimes, like the first time we had sex, to tell you the truth, I didn’t really feel much, I faked the whole thing, I really felt sorry for him, I still loved him though." Maybe he should just make an unauthorized sex tape and budget some money for CGI to enhance his package. Without sex pictures, or a tape, Nick is as exciting as watching grass grow.

Famous magazine has the first pictures from Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo’s hardcore and uncensored xxx sex romp in Mexico, but they are not the full set of pictures. TMZ says that pictures above, printed this week in Life and Style, are just the beginning of the racy photos that were taken last weekend as Vanessa Minnillo and Nick Lachey vacationed in Mexico, and other pictures actually show the two having sex in a hot tub. TMZ says:

…a lawyer for Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo is trying to keep photos of the couple having sex out of the weekly magazines and off the Internet.

TMZ has learned that the rest of the roll shows the two not only making out, but having hardcore sex in the hot tub. A source who has seen the photos tells TMZ that they are "Paris sex tape-level scandalous," and include images of the couple in several different sex positions.

Lachey’s lawyer is threatening to sue anyone who posts the racy x-rated photos. Vanessa isn’t that hot, and Lachey is getting kinda fat, so how hot and racy could the uncensored pictures really be anyway?
