Tracey Edmonds says a British tabloid report that she is dating Diddy, aka Sean Combs, is a lie. She said:

"Tracey Edmonds never uttered the words quoted in the tabloid. The story is a complete fabrication.”

Diddy also said:

"Sean is very single. He and Tracy have known each other for over 10 years."

Edmonds was most recently linked to Rocco DiSpirito (pictured above), 50 Cent, and had a fake wedding with Eddie Murphy on New Year’s day.

Tracey Edmonds has forgotten all about Eddie Murphy’s money, and moved on to less financially endowed chef Rocco DiSpirito. The new couple were seen leaving the Bowery Hotel in New York City on Monday night. Tracey’s motto is, whatever it takes to pay the bills.

After her fake wedding to Eddie Murphy did not materialize into a legal wedding, and more of Eddie’s money, Tracey Edmonds is rumored to have moved on to dating 50 Cent. The girl is on the prowl. With her youth fading fast, she’s got to find herself a man with some big bucks soon, and 50 Cent fits the bill.

Eddie Murphy (46) and Tracey Edmonds (40) are splitting up, just two weeks after their New Year’s Day faux marriage on a private island near Bora Bora.

The ceremony was not legally-binding. The only people who are allowed to be married there are natives, or visitors who have been on the island for at least 30 days, but the pair had said they would make things legit stateside.

Eddie’s rep said:

"After much consideration and discussion, we have jointly decided that we will forego having a legal ceremony as it is not necessary to define our relationship further. While the recent symbolic union in Bora Bora was representative of our deep love, friendship and respect that we have for one another on a spiritual level, we have decided to remain friends.”

This will only help Edmonds find more work due to the publicity.

Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds were married in Bora Bora on New Year’s Day in front of 25 friends and family, but a lawyer is stating that the marriage is likely to be invalid.

The Sydney Daily Telegraph is reporting that Malgras Benoit, a general law specialist in French Polynesia, declared that the couple was ineligible to be married locally because they had not lived in the region for at least 30 days, which is a qualification that must be met under French law.

Benoit explained that the wedding, which took place on the beach with Tracey walking barefoot down the aisle to Gladys Knight’s “Makings of You,” does not constitute, “a real marriage, if it is on the beach with only a local priest. I think it was just an exotic, artistic ‘marriage.’”

Eddie, 46, has five kids with former wife Nicole, who he divorced last year, as well as one with Spice Girl Melanie Brown. Tracey, 40, has two children with ex-husband Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds.

All Eddie has to do is pay off a few officials, and suddenly the marriage is valid.
