Remember former bodyguard Tony Barretto (pictured below) who submitted a declaration in Britney Spears custody battle with Kevin Federline? Is that Tony (pictured above) working as a paparazzi now? I could be wrong, but a paparazzi job could help him lose some weight. He got fired from his last job, because he ate his pizza deliveries in 30 minutes or less.

Britney Spears’ former bodyguard Tony Barretto says she overdosed on drugs after rehab in a hotel room with Howie Day. Tony adds, she has mental problems that get worse when she drinks and does drugs. He also alleges Britney did drugs in front of the kids. Here’s more:

When she nearly overdosed…"She was in a terrible state, just sweating and shaking. Her pupils were huge- we thought she was dying. Before I even started working for her, I was warned about her stripping," he says. "I must have seen her naked dozens of times and each time I’ve been extremely embarrassed. She strips off anywhere — at home, recording studios and clubs."

Britney cried a river of tears on the first day she had to submit for drug testing, which didn’t help. The lab staff said she had to submit a urine test, because they don’t accept tears.

Tony Barretto, a former bodyguard for Britney Spears, filed a declaration today which accuses Britney of, "nudity, drug use, and safety issues post-rehab." This was a custody hearing so he may be saying nudity and drugs in front of the children, and safety issues with the children. Tony’s declaration was admitted as evidence, and he was not required to testify because neither the court nor Britney’s attorney’s wanted to question him. Gloria Allred said, "his declaration went unrefuted and unchallenged." Gloria went on to say Fat Tony was fired by Britney on May 17 because, "He did not hear her when he was asked to pick up her hat."

Tony is a brave man. He didn’t even mention the allegation that his belly got in the way of picking up that hat. He even tried to hide it with those pin stripes which make him look like he lost a hundred pounds. Way to go Burger King.
