A woman named Tracie Rice filed suit today against Lindsay Lohan, claiming she was in the car Lindsay chased on July 24th, the night of Lindsays most recent arrest for DUI and possession of cocaine. Rice says she was in the SUV driven by Michelle Peck, the mother of Lohans former assistant. Rice says Lohan, “put me through one of the most frightening experiences of my life." TMZ reports:

According to the suit, Tracie Rice was in the SUV driven by Michelle Peck, the mother of LiLo’s former assistant. Rice says she "was convinced that their lives were in danger and that they had to outrun the pursuing car or they might be killed." The night of the incident, Rice claims Peck was so terrified at being chased by Lohan that she drove through a barricade and into the parking lot near the Santa Monica Police Station. Rice says she jumped out of the Cadillac Escalade and ran toward police officers and saw a woman, who turned out to be Lohan, run from another SUV toward her. "Police officers approached all of them with guns drawn," the suit said.

The suit was filed today in Los Angeles County Superior Court. She’s suing LiLo for intentional infliction of emotional distress, and also seeks unspecified damages and payment of medical and other expenses.

Police had guns drawn on a big breasted freckled stick girl on coke and alcohol. This is just like a scene out of Terminator 4. Lindsay is unstoppable. I heard she beat up an armed coke dealer that night and made him cry like a baby. She even had his balls hanging from her mirror during the high speed chase. No wonder this Rice girl was so scared. From the steamy temptress in the Whitesnake video to a woeful stint on "The Surreal Life," Tawny Kitaen’s life has taken quite a turn. And it continues to get worse, with TMZ revealing that an ex-boyfriend of hers may have stole millions from her.

According to a lawsuit filed today in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ, Kitaen hired a forensic handwriting expert to analyze her financial and real estate records when she became suspicious of her ex Philip Cyburt — and Tawny claims the analysis proved what she had been thinking all along; "a betrayal of the most personal in nature."

In the suit, Kitaen claims "she never imagined this seemingly honest and caring man would slither into her life only to rob her of over three million dollars during the course of their four-year relationship."

Tawny also claims that Cyburt, a loaded real estate executive, sold properties she owned in West Hollywood, Newport Beach and Los Angeles and routed the profits into his personal accounts. Kitaen also claims that he then repurchased the real estate at a higher price with her cash.

Not that we don’t believe her, but some might say she could have more luck looking somewhere else for the missing money…like up her nose.

TMZ just broke the story that Amy Winehouse was rushed to the hospital after a bit of an "incident" this morning.

Winehouse’s rep confirms to TMZ that the tatted up singer was taken to a London hospital and treated for "exhaustion." The rep says Winehouse has since been discharged and is currently at home. She has been ordered to take "complete rest."

When asked what prompted this, the rep would only say "it came about quickly." No other details were available.

Winehouse’s rep says that the singer’s grueling world tour schedule is most likely to blame.

Is it just me or is "exhaustion" blamed for everything from herpes to cocaine withdrawals in the entertainment world? I’m no doctor but I’m pretty sure I’ve got the cure for Amy: Take two calories and call me in the morning.

Reality Train Wreck Alert: TMZ is reporting that Kim Lard-Azz-ian will pimp herself some more by doing a reality show on E!.

The booty-full Kim Kardashian is set to star in a new reality TV show for E! that will replace "The Simple Life," reports Gatecrasher. The network was originally going to develop a show similar to "Life" starring rock celebuspawn Kim Stewart and Kelly Osborne, but canned it in favor of a family-oriented show about the Kardashian clan. The show would feature Kimmy’s entire crew, including mom Kris, step-daddy Bruce Jenner and mimbo step-bro Brody Jenner.

As if we haven’t seen enough of Brody Jenner these days trying to get in the pants of every girl on "The Hills." And did they really just use the word "family-oriented" in the same sentence as Kim Kardashian? Really? Have we not all seen her sex tape with Ray-J? Next thing we know, Nickelodeon will be asking Paris Hilton to host a kids show entitled "Things That Go Bump In the Night."
