Tila Tequila is suing Shawne Merriman in civil court for $1.5 million for allegedly hitting her, because prosecutors didn’t believe Merriman had committed a crime, so they refused to charge him. Tila then went on Ustream to make more allegations against Merriman while she took her clothes off for money on Ustream. That video has since been made private by Tila because her attorney told her to.

Tila’s attorney Cyrus Nownejad says he thinks the "domestic violence" incident with Shawne in September may have "pushed her over the edge." In my opinion Tila looked drunk on the Ustream video.

Nownejad acknowledges something is seriously wrong with Tila and he’s trying to figure out how to get her some help.

We were tipped off by a reader about another video showing Tila alleging Shawne Merriman forces little underage girls to take drugs so he can sleep with them.

Tila wrapped up her slanderous and libel allegations by saying:

"… So anyways, whatever."

The Los Angeles District Attorney should give Tila some help by charging her with threatening viewers with a gun, verbally giving permission to minors to watch her take off her clothes, and making libel and slanderous allegations against Merriman with no offer of proof.

Tila is trouble. Tila will say or do anything to ruin Merriman’s name and reputation, or even put him in jail if she can, she’s obsessed.

In the video Tila disabled she threatens viewers because she says they can’t tell her what to do. According to Merriman he tried to stop Tila from driving home drunk, and she flew into a rage. Now Tila is out to get Merriman because he made her mad.

Why is it so hard for a man to get protection from a crazy woman like Tila?

Merriman is probably wishing he had never met this scumbag.

A drunk sounding Tila Tequila took her clothes off for a show on UStream, but not before she ranted about Shawne Merriman, who was cleared by the prosecutor of her allegations, profanity laden threats against viewers, and downright nastiness, as well as a load of rudeness. What a scumbag. Tila also threatened viewers with a gun. This doesn’t sound like anyone’s victim, she fits the profile of a perpetrator. Did I mention Tila was playing with her tampon string? Some guys find that gross. Correction, all guys find that gross.

Some of the comments Tila made were:

"… Any children under 18 can be in here, cause they’ve got bad parents. It’s 2 a.m…"

"… This is the last time I’ll ever be on ustream ever again."

Tila is such a role model, for criminals.

The San Diego District attorney did not believe the tall tale Tila Tequila told about Shawne Merriman allegedly assaulting her. The D.A issued the following statement on Friday:

"After a thorough review of the investigation into the Sept. 6, 2009 incident at the Poway home of Shawne Merriman, our office has determined there is insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that any crime was committed. The case is now closed."

The General Manager of the San Diego Chargers also issued the following statement:

"It’s really good news for Shawne. We’re happy things worked out for him on the legal front."

Tila’s attorney released the following statement:

"Blah blah, all women are victims, and all men are criminals just because a woman says he is, blah blah blah …:

"… Just because the DA has made this reckless decision doesn’t mean that justice will not be served in this case. No one is above the law. Tila Tequila will immediately begin pursuing civil charges against Mr. Merriman and she will have her day in court."

Tila then released pictures of what look like bruises on her arms, which look more like makeup on her arms meant to look like bruises. No disputes there was an altercation, but the D.A. just doesn’t believe Tila’s story, especially after she lied about being drunk, despite a police report that says officers at the scene said Tila was drunk. We still believe Tila is a liar, and look forward to her wasting money on a civil action.

We applaud the decision by the D.A. to close this case.

The attorney for Tila Tequila released another statement attacking Shawne Merriman in the media:

Shawne Merriman and his advisors have decided that the best defense is a good offense, attacking Tila Tequila in the press with a lot of calculated spin to cover up his illegal and indefensible actions.

Fortunately, we as a society will not tolerate a 6’4", 270 pound all-pro NFL linebacker physically assaulting a young lady who is 4’11" and 93 pounds. It is never justifiable to brutally assault, choke, strike and imprison a woman.

Once the truth is fully revealed, Mr. Merriman’s fantastic story of how he was trying to keep Ms. Tequila safe will be completely discredited.

No one, especially a woman, should ever have to endure what Mr. Merriman did to Tila Tequila.

Tila still hasn’t explained why Merriman would try to prevent her from leaving his place if she wasn’t drunk as the police report says she admitted to being. Merriman also has a character witness that has come forward to speak to the press, his ex girlfriend Gloria Velez. Gloria said after four years of dating Merriman never laid a hand on her saying:

"Never ever put his hands on me. Ever."

Gloria added it is "out of his character" to violently lash out on a woman.

We are seeing continued attacks by Tila herself, and her attorney, so it seems obvious who the aggressor was, and still is. Being smaller, lighter, and a woman doesn’t prevent a person like Tila from being violent or agressive. Tila is just lucky she wasn’t at Chris Brown’s house, because he wouldn’t have reacted differently than Merriman. Our society may be brain washed into thinking a woman is always the victim, but we’re not stupid, we know a liar when we see one.

Shawne Merriman responded to allegations made by Tila Tequila that he choked her, and held her against her will at his home with this statement to Fox Sports:

"On September 6, 2009 the San Diego Sheriff’s Department responded to a citizen’s complaint that was initiated by Tila Nguyen (aka Tila Tequila). I was taken into custody based upon that complaint. At the time, I was concerned about her welfare given the intoxicated state she appeared to be in and I encouraged her to stay until safe transportation could be provided."

"We would all do our best to help a friend if we considered their actions to be detrimental to their personal safety. I in no way caused any harm to Ms. Nguyen, however, paramedics were called and she was examined but no injuries were reported. She was released and has since returned to Los Angeles, California."

"There have been no charges filed against me. I want to thank the San Diego Sheriff’s Department for their professionalism. I will continue to cooperate fully with the Department, and I look forward to clearing my name regarding these false allegations. I want to put this behind me so I can continue to focus on a successful season for the San Diego Chargers."

Tila then responded with this tweet on Twitter:

"I am allergic to alcohol. It has been publicly known for years. That is how I got the name Tila ’Tequila’ cuz the irony. I cant drink."

Tila has claimed she drank Tequila when she was 13 years-old, and got very sick, so her friends nick named her Tila Tequila. When Tila was older she began to claim she is allergic to alcohol, but her claims seem to be more fiction than fact. On two episodes of her TV show Tila was shown drinking alcohol, and then there’s an interview Tila gave in November where she said:

ok so your a Tila Tequila fan but how much do you really know about her? Heck many of her biggest fans don’t really know that much about her and many of them have been trying to ask questions, I guess somehow this came to Tila’s attention and so she nicely decided to answer some of the major ones we all have been asking recently..

One fan recently asked “why is it Tila Tequila claims she’s allergic to alcohol but yet in her blogs we frequently hear her talking about how drunk she was the night before”

Well Tequila answered that fan straight up saying:

Well kiddies….here is why mama drinks. The answer is…YES…I am indeed ALLERGIC to alcohol. When I drink, my face swells up, I get red all over and rash sploches/patches all over my body. My eyeballs turn red as well. HOWEVER, that doesn’t stop me from drinking every once in a while anyway! hahaha! For instance my best friend is allergic to SEAFOOD, but she loves seafood so much that she will eat it anyway, despite the fact that she breaks out in hives. Why? Well because sometimes….just sometimes it’s worth it just to have a little taste….do you agree??? Well…that is my reason. Since I am allergic to alcohol it doesn’t take me very much to get totally sh!tfaced and plastered. I don’t drink all the time but on special occasions like my birthday or some of the parties I host….it’s fun and the allergic reactions tend to go away by the end of the night….sooooooooo….as long as I don’t puke….which is worse than a simple allergic reaction….I think I should be fine. Does that answer your curiosity???? Well I hope so! Now let’s get crunk and bring on some more champagne!!! Cuz out of all the drinks….I love drinking only champizzle!! The really expensive kinds! hahahahahah

Another fan asked how she got the name “Tila Tequila”

Tila says:

When I was about 13 or 15 years old…me and some friends got some Tequila and did some shots for the first time. I got so [crazy drunk] and puked everywhere…so the next day all of my friends at school were teasing me saying, “IT’S TILA TEQUILA!”.

In this interview Tila gives two different answers regarding her reaction to alcohol. First Tila describes an allergic reaction to alcohol, which is a rash and face swelling, that is a true allergic reaction. The second is her experience at 13 years-old where she threw up, which is only the body’s way of expelling something it sees as poison. The real contradiction comes when Tila says she drinks alcohol despite her "allergy," which is completely impossible, unless she’s chasing the alcohol with Benadryl, or a shot of epinephrine. A severe allergy, like the rash and face swelling would also cause the throat to swell up, and it would progress into anaphylactic shock and death.

There is another explanation to Tila’s red patches and face swelling. I have a Chinese friend who literally turns red, gets red patches on his skin, and his face swells up every single time he drinks alcohol, and he drinks a lot of alcohol quite often, but his symptoms are common for some Asians, and it is not an allergy to alcohol. Considering this knowledge of how alcohol can affect some Asians, I believe Tila is lying to support her story that Merriman kept her from drinking and driving.

The fact is Merriman held Tila against her will, which is still a crime, and if Tila wanted to leave Merriman may have had to get rough to hold her, which is still a crime. I would like to see if any of the reports from paramedics, hospital records, or police reports say anything about Tila appearing intoxicated. If Tila is lying about being drunk, the district attorney will be forced to reevaluate if Merriman’s actions that night actually constitute a crime.

As we said before, when a drunk person wants to leave, try to talk them out of it, but don’t hold them against their will, because that’s a crime. Just drive them where they want to go, or call the cops if they insist on driving. Merriman should have called the cops so Tila could take responsibility for her own actions, but now Merriman must accept responsibility for his actions, even if Tila is lying. Since Tila appears to by lying to us, we think this shines a negative light on her character that she would try to send the guy she was dating to jail, just because she’s mad that he didn’t let her drink and drive. Neither Tila, nor Merriman, have given any other reason why Merriman held Tila at his house, except for the allegation Tila was drunk. If Tila wasn’t drunk, then why doesn’t Tila tell us why Merriman was holding her at his house?

There is also a tweet someone claims Tila posted on Twitter, and then deleted, that said she was drunk:

We can’t confirm this tweet is legitimate, but there are few people who believe Tila wasn’t drunk, especially since she hasn’t offered any other reason for being held by Merriman at his home. We don’t believe Tila’s story….

UPDATE. A new report from cops who arrived at the Merriman home said Tila was drunk:

… Deputies responded to a disturbance call at Merriman’s home near Sage Crest and Oak Knoll drives about 3:45 a.m. Nguyen told deputies she had been choked and physically restrained by Merriman when she tried to leave.

She requested an ambulance and was treated at Poway’s Pomerado Hospital.

Nguyen wasn’t seriously hurt, Sheriff’s Department spokeswoman Jan Caldwell said.

“She was able to talk,” Caldwell said. “She was able to walk. She was mobile. She did not have any serious injuries that our deputies saw.” …

… Merriman and Nguyen had been at the Stingaree, a Gaslamp Quarter club, Saturday night. The club issued a statement, saying the couple had joined friends there for a birthday celebration. They stayed until closing in the early hours yesterday morning.

“They seemed in good spirits throughout the evening and were enjoying themselves,” the Stingaree statement said. “There was no outward indication of any problem between the two of them.”

Deputies said when they arrived at Merriman’s house that Nguyen acknowledged she had been drinking and appeared intoxicated, Caldwell said.

Merriman said in an interview last night that he had one drink all night, which he had when he first arrived at Stingaree…

Based on police reports Tila lied to get Merriman arrested and locked up just because she was mad that he wouldn’t let her drink and drive. Tila needs to be locked up, and prosecuted, for lying about being a domestic violence victim, when it appears she is using police to abuse Merriman for revenge. Women like Tila who pretend to be victims when they are not, are the lowest scum on earth.
