Tila Tequila made a lot of public statements about Shawne Merriman, a lot of which are so outrageous is easy to believe they are lies. Tila has a lawsuit pending against Merriman to get money for an attack she claims happened, but the district attorney does not believe happened. Merriman has kept quiet until yesterday when he filed a lawsuit against Tila for lying. Here’s more:

In the lawsuit, filed in US District Court, Merriman claims Tila posted all sorts of lies on her website, including stories that Merriman "choked and attacked" her, "sleeps with minors and forces them to take drugs," and that he manufactures drugs in his home.

Shawne also claims in the docs that Tila admitted her lying scheme, at one time stating, "yes that is why I did a ’spin’ now … cuz now everyone is LOVINGGGG me."

Merriman isn’t suing for defamation though — instead he’s suing for intentional interference with contract and unfair competition as well as trademark infringement … because Merriman claims she used his famous "Lights Out" logo on her website. Merriman also claims Tila’s accusations screwed up a deal to produce a line of T-shirts for Walmart.

Shawne was arrested on September 6 after Tila claimed Shawne beat her up and trapped her in his San Diego home — but the charges were eventually dropped due to "insufficient evidence."

I’m hopeful Tila will get what she deserves, and that Merriman stops associating with troubled women like Tila.

Tila Tequila announced on Tuesday, at the Famous Stars and Straps 10th Anniversary and Snoop Dogg 10th Album Release, that she and Heiress Casey Johnson are engaged to be married. Tila then made the same announcement on a Ustream video. Tila said:

"Tonight, my beautiful girlfriend has just asked me to marry her and check out this rock," a lingerie-clad Tila declared in an UStream video with her now-fiance. "Bam! That is a 17-carat diamond ring from my baby."

Casey Johnson, the troubled heiress to the Johnson & Johnson fortune, is out on bail after being arrested for grand theft after she allegedly stole dozens of pieces of clothing, jewelry and other items from a supermodel who had befriended and tried to reform her. Jasmine Lennard alleges Casey stole clothing, jewelry, and a lot of personal items while Jasmine was gone from her home for about six weeks.

Tila is now going to get involved in Casey’s legal problems to help Casey stay out of jail. Tila loves trouble, and she’s for sale at any price. Once Casey’s problems are over, Tila will keep the rock and go back to guys, because it’s no secret she isn’t really into girls. Tila just found a new, but temporary job working for Casey.

Tila Tequila is suing mad over an intimate video tape of Tila and a guy, with Tila on her knees performing something.

Tila says the video was stolen off her laptop (here we go with that story again), about 2 years ago, and it has made its way onto the Internet.

Tila’s lawyer, Cyrus Nownejad, said:

"A police report has been filed for Tila’s stolen laptop computer which contained that specific clip. I am currently in the process of sending a cease and desist letter and a notice of intent to sue if it’s not removed."

Why wasn’t a police report filed 2 years ago? Tila is either upset that she isn’t getting paid for the video, or she doesn’t want anyone to know she’s not really a lesbian, and bi is just something she does to impress the guys.

Tila Tequila tried to explain why she recorded a crazy rant on Ustream, where she threatened her paying viewers with a gun, and ranted about her anger towards Shawne Merriman, who she accused of beating her, and also of drugging little girls. Tila explained:

"Well, you know, I couldn’t sleep, and I started getting anxiety. I just kind of flipped out a little bit."

Tila pulled her tampon out live on Ustream.

"I just wish. I hope that everybody gives me a second chance to support me this time, to give me a fair chance because they didn’t give me a fair chance the first time," claims the former reality TV star, regarding her domestic abuse lawsuit against Shawne Merriman."

District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis dismissed her criminal complaint because it Tila lacked credibility.

"They didn’t even look into my case. When my case first came out, everyone was calling me a liar, because they said if he really did beat you, you wouldn’t have said anything because Rihanna never said anything at first, but I am not her. No offense to Rihanna, but because of what she did, it sends out a message to everyone, ’When you get beat or abused, keep your mouth shut.’"

Tila’s effort to try to make herself sound like a victim, despite the fact she doesn’t act like one, makes her look like an even bigger liar digging herself a bigger lying hole.

"So I decided I am going to come out and speak about it and fight for it. What Rihanna did, her message was to stay quiet, and that’s not OK."

If you’re going to play the victim Tila do your homework before you open your mouth. Most people are not as stupid as you think they are, not even your Tila army is that dumb.

Tila is lucky Merriman hasn’t filed a lawsuit against her for defamation and slander.

Tila Tequila is suing Shawne Merriman in civil court for $1.5 million for allegedly hitting her, because prosecutors didn’t believe Merriman had committed a crime, so they refused to charge him. Tila then went on Ustream to make more allegations against Merriman while she took her clothes off for money on Ustream. That video has since been made private by Tila because her attorney told her to.

Tila’s attorney Cyrus Nownejad says he thinks the "domestic violence" incident with Shawne in September may have "pushed her over the edge." In my opinion Tila looked drunk on the Ustream video.

Nownejad acknowledges something is seriously wrong with Tila and he’s trying to figure out how to get her some help.

We were tipped off by a reader about another video showing Tila alleging Shawne Merriman forces little underage girls to take drugs so he can sleep with them.

Tila wrapped up her slanderous and libel allegations by saying:

"… So anyways, whatever."

The Los Angeles District Attorney should give Tila some help by charging her with threatening viewers with a gun, verbally giving permission to minors to watch her take off her clothes, and making libel and slanderous allegations against Merriman with no offer of proof.

Tila is trouble. Tila will say or do anything to ruin Merriman’s name and reputation, or even put him in jail if she can, she’s obsessed.

In the video Tila disabled she threatens viewers because she says they can’t tell her what to do. According to Merriman he tried to stop Tila from driving home drunk, and she flew into a rage. Now Tila is out to get Merriman because he made her mad.

Why is it so hard for a man to get protection from a crazy woman like Tila?

Merriman is probably wishing he had never met this scumbag.
