Tiger Woods (32) announced that he and his wife Elin Nordegren will be welcoming their second child. Tiger said today on his website:

"Elin and I are proud to announce that we are expecting our second child in late winter."

"This has been a year of contrasts. I had a solid start to the season, won the U.S. Open in an exciting playoff, and then unfortunately had to shut it down after successful knee surgery."

"And now, I have some wonderful news to report. Sam is going to be a big sister."

"Elin is feeling great, and we are both thrilled. While my injury has been disappointing and frustrating, it has allowed me to spend a lot of time watching Sam grow. I can’t begin to tell you how rewarding it is being a dad and spending time with her and Elin."

"The injury has been a blessing and a disappointment."

Tiger and his wife Elin, welcomed Sam Alexis Woods, in June 2007. Soon Sam will be a big sister.

A fan posted a video of the Tiger Woods PGA Tour 08 video game showing what is called the Jesus Shot (video above), where Tiger Woods takes a shot while he is walking on water. Well EA Sports responded with their own statement and video below:

Even with a bad knee Tiger can still pull off miracle shots. This is why Tiger makes $100 million a year.

Tiger Woods made yet another clutch putt, this time on the 18th hole for a birdie, that forced a playoff with Rocco Mediate at the 108th US Open at Torrey Pines. Tiger Woods won the sudden death playoff to make history once again. He is still recovering from knee surgery.

Tiger Woods (32) had arthroscopic surgery on his left knee yesterday, but despite his pain, and the need for crutches or a cane, he still plans to attend Tiger Jam XI in Las Vegas. The event will earn money for the Tiger Woods Foundation, which was started by Tiger and his father Earl back in 1996. The Foundation helps children by granting money to organizations like the Boys & Girls Club.

Van Halen will be playing this weekend at Tiger Jam XI. Last week Tiger said "Van Halen is one of my favorite bands," while playing for teh Masters at Augusta. Looks like Eddie might be back from rehab already.
