Patricia Arquette (40) and Thomas Jane (39) are officially divorced, which ends their two year marriage that began in June of 2006 in Venice, Italy. Before that the couple were engaged from 2002 until their marriage. Patricia filed for divorce on January 5, 2008, and is seeking separate property.

The couple have a five year-old daughter named Harlow.

In March of 2008, only a few months after Patricia filed for divorce, Thomas was arrested for DUI.

Thomas Jane (39), aka the star from The Punisher, and husband of Patricia Arquette, was arrested for DUI in Kern County, California. Jane was stopped for speeding in his 2008 Maserati around 2:30 a.m. He failed several sobriety tests, including a breathalyzer. Jane blew a .08, which is what Paris Hilton blew on the breathalyzer. His arraignment is set for April 9th.

Celebrities that drink and drive should get a mandatory two year jail terms, a loss of their driver’s license for five years, and a stiff fine, because they can afford a driver when they’re drinking, unlike regular people. Instead, the female celebrities get a slap on the wrist, and the guys get some jail time.
