Katie Holmes seemed normal on David Letterman, as opposed to a video a few years old of husband Tom Cruise who did a Scientology recruitment video. Katie keeps Tom grounded, but he still flies around in a private jet. FYI: Suri will be 2 years-old in April 2008. She just gets cuter.

Andrew Morton has written an unauthorized biography about Tom Cruise. In the book Morton makes a lot of unbelievable claims about Cruise including:

• Katie Holmes baby Suri was "conceived like Rosemary’s Baby", and that L Ron Hubbard sperm was used to conceive Suri
• Nicole Kidman "feared blackmail" over sex tapes made with Scientologists
• Scientologists "planted meadown of flowers for Tom and Nicole to run through"
• Cruise’s next mission is to recruit David Beckham

Tom has denied all the allegations and claims made in the book, even though he hasn’t read the book. Some say the book won’t be published in Britain because of libel laws in Britain, which require the author to tell the truth. Although the book sounds like it’s filled with a bunch of crazy lies, it would come as a total shock if all those claims turned out to be true.

Movie makers want the one of the cutest girls in the world Suri Cruise to be the voice of one of the cutest polar bears in the world Knut. It’s a match made in heaven, but Suri’s people having gotten back to the movie maker’s people yet. People reports:

Everybody loves Knut, the polar bear at the Berlin Zoo, who turned one in December. Katie Holmes visited him with daughter Suri, Annie Leibovitz photographed him for the cover of Vanity Fair and a children’s book turned him into a literary hero (Knut: How One Little Polar Bear Captivated the World.

So it’s no surprise that Hollywood is now interested in turning Knut’s life into an animated feature – starring one of his famous visitors. According to German newspaper B.Z., producer Ash R. Shah and his firm, The Animation Picture Company, which brought us the movie version of Garfield, offered the Zoo Berlin $5 million for the rights to Knut’s story.

"With his friendly character, he’s serves as an ambassador for the Earth’s problems – climate change and the melting polar ice caps. A movie about Knut would affect people all over the world," Shah told the paper.

Heiner Klös, curator at the Zoo Berlin told PEOPLE that the request was received but he didn’t like that the press was already involved. "I can confirm that we received the offer and that we are giving it due consideration," he said. "When we have come to a decision, then we will handle the matter discreetly."

Shah added of his plans, "I see the heartwarming relationship between Knut and his caretaker, Thomas Doerflein at the center of the movie … Suri [Cruise] could speak the English voice of Knut."

Knut has been raised by Doerflein at the zoo since his mother rejected him at birth on Dec. 3, 2006. And no, Shah hasn’t heard from Suri’s agent yet.

Suri hasn’t even started school yet, and already she could demand millions just to voice a polar bear in a movie. Does this make anyone feel like their life sucks?

Suri Cruise, Tom Cruise, and wife Katie Holmes had a late dinner at sushi restaurant Nobu in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Thursday night. The couple arrived virtually unnoticed through a back entrance at approximately 9:30 p.m. and stayed almost two hours. Tom always looks so intense. Even when Tom is acting he only has two ways to act, intense, and more intense. Katie loves it.

Katie Holmes (28) didn’t help to persuade those who believe the Tom Cruise (43) gay rumors when she told InStyle:

"Tom likes me in a suit and a mini every now and then. I like it when he likes it. It makes me blush. He’ll say, ’You look good. I hope security’s going with you.’ Now that gives me attitude."

Tom likes Katie in a suit because she looks professional, and she has a great body, not because she looks like a man when she wears a suit. Right? Katie also mentioned Suri (20 months):

"Suri is talking up a storm, running around, so aware. She loves coloring and creating. She’s a great mimic and dancer. She came to the photo shoot and was all into the shoes."

Then Katie tried to express how much she loves Tom:

"I try every day to let him know how much I love him. It gets better and better. It has made my life."

I’m getting the vibe that Katie is not being completely sincere. By now I’d expect those love butterflies to have subsided, and the illusion to have become a reality of marriage with child. At least Katie presents a positive image of her family, which is a good thing. She is really making a career out of being Mrs. Tom Cruise.
