Paris Hilton was seen getting very cozy with Stavros Niarchos over the weekend, and reports said she even left with Stavros. Now the paparazzi are asking Paris if her and Benji Madden have broken up, but Paris ignored them while talking on her cell phone. That what Paris does when she’s guilty of something.

Star magazine is reporting they have confirmed Paris and Benji have broken up. The report says Paris claims Benji was too controlling, and she needed her freedom again.

On Saturday night in Miami at the Mokai club Paris Hilton got very cozy with her ex-boyfriend Stavros Niachros, and Benji Madden, who is Paris’ current boyfriend, was no where to be seen. A witness told Star Magazine:

"Paris arrived at the nightclub at 2:30am after partying at the Fountainbleau hotel all night, following the Victoria’s Secret fashion show."

"Paris and Stavros were all over each other. They were at the same table for about an hour and then they left together. It didn’t seem like Benji was on her mind at all!"

On Sunday, Benji, who denied Star’s report that he cheated on Paris not once but twice in recent months, was in New York City with his Good Charlotte bandmate and brother Joel to appear on the last episode of MTV’s Total Request Live.

Is Paris cheating on Benji, or is she "just friends" with Stavros?

Paris Hilton was assumed to be dating Alex Vaggo when she took him to dinner, then spent the night with him afterwards at a hotel. It looks like Alex was just paying his dues, since Paris got him a modeling job so he wouldn’t have to work as pizza boy anymore. It’s tough to make an honest living. Since Paris is still single, and on the hunt, but not finding many takers these days, she decided to STALK her ex boyfriend Stavros Niarchos. At Britney’s birthday get together the other night, Paris had been reported to be upset that she didn’t catch Stavros before he left. Page Six reports on Paris and her stalking behavior in Miami:

Hilton first ran into him [Stavros] at Mansion Wednesday night, where he was paid to host the official Art Basel kickoff party. When the Greek shipping heir showed up with Brandon Davis’ ex-girlfriend, Caroline Vreeland, however, Hilton was not pleased.

"Paris beelined for Stavros, but he was chatting up Caroline," said our source. "He was completely ignoring Paris, and she was furious. She shot them evil looks and finally stormed up to them and started screaming at Caroline."

On Thursday, the celebutard followed Niarchos to three different clubs. One partygoer at Mokai, where the rich kids started their night, told us, "Paris saw that Stavros was with a girl, and she went crazy. She literally stood on Stavros’ table and began screaming at him. Then she started dancing and trying to get his attention."

The insider said that when Stavros and his date left Mokai and moved on to Set, Hilton followed: "Paris went to great lengths trying to get Stavros’ date kicked out, begging club security to get rid of the girl." Our witness even claimed, "Paris was so furious, she ended up walking up to the girl and just punched her."

The picture above shows Stavros (crap for brains) Niarchos making out all hot and heavy once Paris finally trapped him in a corner. Paris’ rep denies she punched anyone, but I really hope she did. I want to see the pictures, a nasty lawsuit, and Paris back in jail.

After being cut off from the family fortune last week due to his out of control partying, Brandon Davis went to Miami to stay with Scott Storch, and is living off his friend’s generosity like a loser does. He’s hanging with Kim Kardashian in Miami on June 12 pictured above. Here’s more:

Several sources said Davis – who once hounded Lindsay Lohan for not having money and called her a "firecrotch" – has been financially cut off by his wealthy family for not being able to get his act together, and pals like Paris Hilton and Stavros Niarchos aren’t taking his calls.

"His family cut him off for using and abusing," our in-the-know spy said. "He had promised to get his act together, but obviously never did."

After Davis was caught railing against Lohan on camera last year, his family sent him to rehab, where he was treated for drugs and booze dependency. But a week after he left the clinic, the oleaginous heir was back out on Los Angeles streets partying, and he hasn’t stopped since.

After being cut off by his family last week, Davis flew to Miami to take refuge with puerile music producer Scott Storch.

"He’s been staying at Scott’s, but shows up every day at Mokai and the Shore Club," snitched our source. Davis went out one night with Caroline Vreeland, but was soon dumped by the leggy blonde.

Another spy said Davis has been calling friends asking them to loan him $2,000 at a time. So far, he’s had no takers and is living on credit. His friends remember how he bounced a $10,000 check on "Girls Gone Wild" gazillionaire Joe Francis, and owes some other "friends" for gambling debts.

Last week, to shore up his spirits, Davis showed up at the Raleigh Hotel in South Beach, where he called the bar in advance to order six lemon drop shots, six mojitos and six Peronis so they’d be waiting when he arrived. He soon appeared with a blonde and a brunette, and went to work on the drinks.

Brandon really has no way to make money. He’s got nothing to offer. Even if he dressed up as a woman, and tried to sell himself on the street, guys would probably be too busy puking at the thought of getting it on with him to complete the transaction.

What a difference a week makes!

In the very brief press conference, official word was released that Paris Hilton’s medical condition is now stable and that’s why she was "stepped down."

It was also confirmed that Hilton is expected to be released June 25, just in time for the party!

Only time will tell whether the leaked reports regarding Hilton’s deteriorating emotional condition are true and whether that will result in another status change.

We can only wait, anxiously anticipating details of this mysterious step-down unit and whether it, too, allows phone privileges, ping-pong smack downs, and expedited visits from Stavros Niarchos.
