Kanye West We Were Once a Fairytale – Video
Kanye West has pulled a controversial new video from his official website. Kanye had uploaded a 14-minute promo, titled We Were Once A Fairytale, featuring scenes of him acting like a drunken fool in a club.
The video, that played to West’s track See You In My Nightmares, ends with West stabbing himself in the stomach to release an inner-demon, and then his inner demon ending his life.
The short movie appears to symbolize West’s struggle to quiet his inner demons to become a better person through self sacrifice.
Only hours after West previewed the footage, directed by Spike Jonze, West removed it from his site and apologized to fans. West wrote on his blog, he writes:
"Sorry I had to take it down."
Who told him to take it down, his inner demon? You can still see the video above.
Spike Jonze and Kanye West Reunite for Short Film

Spike Jonze will be directing a 10-15 minute short movie with Kanye West. Details are top secret.
The film will not be for West’s See You In My Nightmares track off 808’s & Heartbreak, but the song will be featured.
Should be interesting.
Michelle Williams and Spike Jonze Kissing

Michelle Williams (27) and Spike Jonze (38) were spotted having dinner at Little Dom’s in Los Angeles Los Feliz neighborhood on August 2. According to a witness:
"Michelle and Spike started off their late-night meal sitting across from each other. During dinner they would lean in and kiss each other over the table. By the end of the meal, Williams had hopped into Jonze’s lap and the pair were kissing."
We’re still not sure if this relationship is a good thing.
Michelle Williams is dating Spike Jonze

Michelle Williams (27) is now dating Spike Jonze (38), who is the ex-husband of Sofia Coppola.
In recent weeks the new couple have been spotted near Jonze’s New York apartment. Williams began dating Jonze after working with him on his new film Synecdoche in New York. Williams first met Jonze in 2006 when she auditioned for his film adaptation of the Maurice Sendak children’s book Where The Wild Things Are.
Pictured above are: Spike Jonze (left) and Michelle Williams (far right), with co-star Catherine Keener (center), at the premiere of Synecdoche, New York at the Cannes Film Festival in May 2008.
I don’t have a good feeling about Jonze. He is divorced, and Williams has a daughter. Hopefully he likes kids. I doubt this relationship will last. It’s going to be hard for Williams to find the right guy to fill Heath Ledger’s shoes.
