Speedfit Demands Apology from Jessica Simpson

SpeedFit CEO Alex Astilean said that he will drop his $10 million lawsuit against Jessica Simpson if she will give him a public apology, and authorize the DVD they made with her in it to be released, so they can promote their product. Alex said:
"If the Simpson’s would release the fitness DVD and issue me a public apology, I will drop the lawsuit against them. I never have had the vision of suing someone in my entire life."
Alex made the statement after receiving a letter from the Simpson attorney threatening legal action if they didn’t stop talking about the lawsuit. Alex says the Simpsons are threatening media outlets from interviewing him, saying:
"There is a cover-up going on of trying to prevent my side of the story from being told."
We don’t believe Speedfit will be successful in their lawsuit, but we do believe Jessica has plans to lose the fat, and put out her own video, a book, and probably start her own Nutrisystem type service using her own success story to promote it. If it happens, you heard it here first.
Jessica Simpson Sued Over Fitness Video

Jessica Simpson is being sued for $10 million because she did not complete the filming of a Speedfit video. An insider said:
"Jessica was a mess during that shoot. They asked her to come back and re-shoot, but she refused, and that’s why she’s facing a lawsuit now."
Speedfit owner Alex Astilean is suing Jessica for a $10 million breach of contract, since the video was never completed, and Joe Simpson blocked release of the video.
With Jessica’s weight ballooning out of control, she won’t be returning to finish the video anytime soon.
