Slutty Sienna Miller is suing News of the World, The Sun, and Big Pictures for publishing pictures of her with cheating husband Balthazar Getty while both were in Italy. The two were not at a private residence, but were in a public place where anyone could have taken a picture.

The case seems to have been filed to silence the tabloids from talking about Sienna’s adulterous affair. Getty’s wife could be the next to file a lawsuit against Sienna for stealing her man, and destroying their family that includes four young children.

The very public affair between Balthazar Getty and Sienna Miller has publicly his wife Rosetta Getty. Balthazar who has a tattoo of his wife’s name on his chest, married Rosetta in May 2000. They had their fourth child together 10 months ago.
