Nicole Kidman did a Schweppes ad with Slumdog Millionaire star Rubiana Ali, and Arjun Rampal.

Ridley Scott produced, and Shekhar Kapur directed, the commercial at the Lake Palace in Udaipur, India.

Shekhar Kapur had no idea that the conversation he had Monday night with his friend Heath Ledger might have been the last one Heath ever had, with anyone.

According to reports, the director of such films as Elizabeth, Elizabeth: The Golden Age and The Four Feathers (in which he directed and befriended Heath) arrived in New York Monday evening from his home in London and called the actor to set up a meeting.

Apparently too tired to do anything then, Heath agreed to meet Shekhar on Tuesday, asking the director to call him in the morning and, "Wake me up."

"He made me promise that I would call him in the morning and wake him," says Shekhar. "I tried. Little did I know that his soul had already left his body."

Heath worked so hard he exhausted himself.

It turns out the $20 bill found rolled up in his apartment had no drugs on it after it was tested. Heath was ill with pneumonia, and it appears he just took some medications which when combined, and in his weakened state, could have caused his heart to stop pumping effectively, or stop altogether. The toxicology results from Heath’s autopsy are pending.

It’s such a huge loss to lose someone like Heath Ledger. It’s still hard to believe he’s gone.
