The fallout continues following the negative comments Sharon Stone made following the earthquake in China recently. Although she attended the Shanghai International Film Festival in 2007, organizers say she is not welcome this year. The Chinese are banning her from everything.

She should have kept her mouth shut in the first place. More foul mouthed American actors should learn this lesson.

Sharon Stone is learning a lot about Karma the hard way. Yesterday, Ng See-Yuen, founder of the UME Cineplex chain and the chairman of the Federation of Hong Kong Filmmakers, called Stone’s comments "inappropriate," adding that actors should not bring personal politics to comments about a natural disaster that has left five million Chinese homeless. Ng See-Yuen said UME Cineplex, one of China’s biggest cinema chains, will no longer show films with Sharon Stone in them in his theaters. After being banned by UME Cineplex, Sharon Stone issued the following statement regarding her Chinese earthquake karma comments:

"Due to my inappropriate words and acts during the interview, I feel deeply sorry and sad about hurting Chinese people. I am willing to take part in the relief work of China’s earthquake, and wholly devote myself to helping affected Chinese people."

Christian Dior also said they are pulling all ads featuring Stone in China:

"In light of the negative reaction that Sharon Stone’s inappropriate remarks have triggered, Dior China has decided to immediately cancel and stop any advertisements, marketing campaigns and commercial activities associated with Sharon Stone. We don’t agree with her hasty, unreflecting remarks, and we deeply regret them. We just want our customers and fans to realize that her personal comments are not related to the company, and of course we don’t support any type of commentary that will hurt the feelings of our customers."

"Dior was one of the first international brands to enter China and has won the affection and respect of the consuming public. We absolutely do not support any remark that hurts the Chinese people’s feelings. We express our sorrow over the compatriots who lost their lives in the earthquake in Wenchuan, Sichuan, and we extend our sympathy and condolences to the people in the disaster area."

Karma is a b!tch. Stone may not feel sorry in her heart, but she’s definitely feeling it in her bank account. The Chinese people have proven that rude, and insensitive, celebrities can be stopped by boycotting them.

The pictures above and below are of Stone riding around in a boat with no panties on at the recent Cannes Film Festival in France. She wanted attention, and she sure got it, but not for wearing no panties, but instead for flapping her other loose lips.

Sharon Stone was at the Cannes Film Festival, and someone put a microphone in front of her mouth, and well, she just started spewing out moronic nonsense like she usually does. She’s been flashing her body parts, but that hasn’t got her very much attention, so she tried making offensive political statements. Sharon said:

Well you know it was very interesting because at first, you know, I am not happy about the ways the Chinese were treating the Tibetans because I don’t think anyone should be unkind to anyone else. And so I have been very concerned about how to think and what to do about that because I don’t like that.

And I had been this, you know, concerned about, oh how should we deal with the Olympics because they are not being nice to the Dalai Lama, who is a good friend of mine.

And all these earthquake and stuff happened and I thought: IS THAT KARMA? When you are not nice that bad things happen to you.

And then I got a letter, from the Tibetan Foundations that they want to go and be helpful. And that made me cry. And they ask me if I would write a quote about that and I said I would. And it was a big lesson to me, that some times you have to learn to put your head down and be of service even to people who are not nice to you. And that’s a big lesson for me …

Tens of thousands of people died in the China earthquake, many of those who died were children in school at the time the quake hit. Sharon has been condemned by the Asian media. Western media should do the same, because it makes us all look bad.

This is why celebrities should just read what other people write for them.

Britney Spears celebrated her 26th birthday last night with Ali Sims, Paris Hilton, Sam Lutfi, and Sharon Stone at a Scandinavian Style Mansion. The cake looked good, but small for a birthday bash for Britney. The party seemed lame, like something people throw for someone who isn’t popular anymore, so a few former friends show up out of pity. Paris Hilton walked out with Britney as if she was going to leave with her, like Paris did the other night with Avril Lavigne, but as soon as they got to the car Paris headed for her ride, and informed the paparazzi she wasn’t leaving. Looks like Paris just showed up to keep her face in the gossip blogs. Sarah Silverman was right, Britney has already accomplished everything to going to accomplish in her lifetime. In another ten years the headline will read, "Brit Brit is still ALIVE!"
