Sharon Stone Denies Botox for Son Report

The attorney for Sharon Stone, Marty Singer, said reports that Sharon wanted to Botox her son’s feet to stop the foot odor were lies. Marty said:
"This week it was reported in connection with Sharon Stone’s custody dispute that she wanted to have her young 8 year-old son undergo Botox treatment at this time for his feet. Sharon Stone never made this statement. It is a complete fabrication. Sharon loves her son Roan and only wants the best for him."
According to reports the statement was made about the Botox by a California judge, during a custody hearing in September, and the report was based on the court transcript. Does Stone really want to call a judge a liar … at least publicly?
Sharon Stone Custody Hearing Transcript Released

Sharon Stone was rumored to have lost custody of her son Roan to her ex husband in a custody hearing in September, but that rumor proved to be false. The court has released the transcript from that hearing part of which is as follows:
Among many things, the judge says, "Mother (Stone) appears to overreact to many medical issues involving Roan." In one case, the judge describes Stone believing Roan had a spinal condition, but "there was no evidence to support this allegation."
And then the court says, "Another example of an overreaction is that Mother suggested that Roan should have Botox injections in his feet to resolve a problem he had with foot odor. As Father (Phil Bronstein) appropriately noted, the simple and common sense approach of making sure Roan wore socks with his shoes and used foot deodorant corrected the odor problem without the need for any invasive procedure on this young child."
The judge differentiated very distinctly the difference between Bronstein and Stone, saying, "Father has championed for Roan’s well-being out of, what appears to this Court, nothing less than the unconditional love for his son. Unfortunately, and for unexplained reasons, it appears that Mother did not involve herself to the extent she could or should have in this process … Mother has attempted to put up roadblocks to Roan’s getting help, or has decided against participating in his care."
The judge goes on: "Unfortunately, the problem caused by Mother’s overreactions is painfully real for this child."
Botox for a child’s foot odor? I’d say celebrity life has impaired Sharon’s judgment in all things. This is a good example why most celebrities should not have children, nor should they comment on politics. I’m not even sure many celebrities should even be allowed to drive. Take all the DUIs celebrities get for example.
Sharon Stone Did Not Lose Custody of Her Son

In a complicated legal hearing, Sharon Stone did not lose custody of her son Roan. In fact, despite false reports, Sharon and her ex husband still share "joint legal and physical custody" of their son Roan.
The hearing this month was a request by Sharon to have Roan change schools to one closer to her. That request was denied by the court. The court said daddy Phil Bronstein:
"can provide a more structured continuity, stable, secure and consistent home for the child."
The court also said their order is permanent unless there is a change in circumstance.
Sharon Stone Loses Custody of Son

Sharon Stone lost physical custody of her 8 year-old son Roan to his father Phil Bronstein. In 2004 the former couple divorced, and entered into a joint legal and physical custody agreement. Bronstein went back to court, and on September 12 the court said:
Phil Bronstein "shall have permanent sole physical custody of child. Court finds that Respondent (Sharon Stone) failed to meet her burden of proof and denies Respondent’s (Sharon Stone’s) request for modification of custody."
The judge said this order is permanent unless there is a change of circumstances.
We are assuming that Sharon’s crazy behavior lately is what prompted Bronstein to petition the court to change the custody agreement. Sharon’s visitation, holiday, and vacation rights remain unchanged however.
As Sharon would say, "it’s Karma."

Sharon Stone made some terrible remarks about the victims of the recent earthquake in China. The rest of us are not like Stone. Show China you care about their dead and injured children. Click here to help. To quote Jewel from one of her songs, "In the end, only kindness matters."
