Shaquille O’Neal has been seeing a wannabe Atlanta hip hop singer named Alexis Miller, who is professionally known as Mary Jane, for the past 18 months, according to her attorney L. David Wolfe. Miller just filed a restraining order against Shaq alleging he threatened to hurt her and harassed her with heavy-breathing over the phone, after their affair ended, because he was afraid news of the affair would become public. In her legal papers she claims shaq wrote in his email:

"I dnt no who the f*k u think u dealin wit u will neva be heard from one phone call is all I gotta make no try me. Sho me."

Miss miller is really miss trouble. She’s getting her 15 minutes of fame thanks to Shaq. How’s her a$$ taste?

Shaquille O’Neal’s wife Shaunie filed for divorce last year, but it appears she and Shaq are reconciling. A source said about the divorce:

"Nothing is happening right now."

Shaquille O’Neal was doing some freestyle rapping at a New York City nightclub over the weekend, when he said Kobe Bryant ruined his marriage, then rapped "I’m a horse, Kobe ratted me out, that’s why I’m getting divorced. Kobe, tell me how my a** tastes."

The rap line most likely references a comment Kobe made during his infamous 2003 rape case, when he told Colorado police that he "Should have done what Shaq does … Shaq would pay his women not to say anything." Peter Cook tried that too.

Shaq told ESPN’s Stephen Smith yesterday:

"I was freestyling. That’s all. It was all done in fun. Nothing serious whatsoever. That is what MCs do. They freestyle when called upon. I’m totally cool with Kobe. No issue at all. And by the way, don’t forget, six albums, two platinum, two gold. Anybody who knows me knows I’m a funny freestyler. Check the NBA DVD when I was rapping about Vlade Divac during my first championship run. Please tell everybody don’t make something out of nothing."

Imagine that. Kobe helps ruin Shaq’s marriage, and they’re still best buddies.
