Monsters versus Aliens, which opens in theaters on March 27, looks like it could be a blockbuster, or at the very least a fun family movie.

The movie features the voices of Seth Rogen, Reese Witherspoon, Will Arnett, Kiefer Sutherland, Rainn Wilson, Stephen Colbert, Paul Rudd, Amy Poehler, Renee Zellweger, and many more.

Here’s the synopsis:

When a meteorite from outer space hits a young California girl named Susan Murphy and turns her into a giant monster, she is taken to a secret government compound where she meets a ragtag group of monsters also rounded up over the years. As a last resort, under the guidance of General W.R. Monger, on a desperate order from The President, the motley crew of Monsters is called into action to combat the aliens and save the world from imminent destruction!

This would be a good movie to have the whole family see this weekend.

Lindsay Lohan hasn’t been able to get anyone to call her back for a role in any movies lately, not even low budget movies, but she is still getting a little work. Lindsay looked like trailer trash for her photo shoot in the April issue of Nylon magazine, and she even smoked. Such class.

In the interview Lindsay blames the tabloids, not her own illegal and irresponsible behavior, for hurting her career:

"There’s not much I can do about the fact that I’ve become a kind of tabloid obsession. I can’t change that. And yes, the websites, the gossip pages, and all of that stuff have hurt my career, they’re like the Burn Books of Hollywood, but I really don’t feel like I should have to prove myself to anyone because of living out my college years in the public eye. I’m glad everything happened the way it did."

Has Lindsay ever attended college, even for a day?

Lindsay slams Britney Spears out of spite and jealousy:

"She’s marketed as an entertainer, which is what she is. Not necessarily as, like, an artist. And I respect that about her, cause she doesn’t want to pretend."

You’re not marketed as an actress Lindsay, you’re the train wreck has-been spectacle people are tired of looking at.

Lindsay has been out of work for quite a while now, but she hasn’t curbed her spending habits, so she’s stooped to begging for a job through magazine interviews:

"I’m talking to [lots of people]. One is Sean Penn – I spoke to him again the other day. We’re trying to get Seth Rogen for this project, but Seth won’t call us back. So call us back, Seth, if you’re reading this!"

No one wasted their time calling Lindsay back. Seth Rogen just landed his mug on the cover of Playboy magazine, which seems to be a step up from Nylon magazine.

Lindsay still looks like skeleton. She should really eat something.

Paul Rudd, Seth Rogen, Jason Segel, and Jonah Hill have recreated the Tom Ford cover from Vanity Fair that featured Ford, Keira Knightley, and Scarlett Johansson.

Jonah Hill said of the experience:

“People have always said I’m the Scarlett Johansson of comedy. Always."

Jason Segel revealed his preparation for the shoot wasn’t easy:

"What an honor it was being on the Vanity Fair cover. I was a little uncomfortable doing the Tom Ford spoof. The only person more uncomfortable was my personal trainer.”

Kevin Smith’s new movie called Zack and Miri Make a Porno has been getting a lot of attention because a word at the end of the title, and now about the poster. Despite winning an appeal to overturn the NC-17 rating, the MPAA won’t allow the poster shown above to be show in America, but it will be show in Canada. Smith said:

"I understand they’ve got a job to do, but c’mon … this image isn’t that dirty; they’re both fully clad. I’ve always loved Canada and Canadians for giving us hockey. Now, I love ’em just a little bit more. For allowing tufts of hair."

Zack and Miri Make a Porno, which stars Seth Rogen and Elizabeth Bank, is due in theaters on October 31.
