The Masked Avengers pretended to be Nicolas Sarkozy when they got the real Sarah Palin on the phone. Sarah sounded giddy talking with the fake French President. Sarah kept her end of the conversation professional, even when the prankster mentioned the Nailin Palin video. It was nice to hear Sarah always talking about how she is constantly thinking of what is best for the American people throughout the conversation, and one big bit of news. Sarah mentioned the possibility of running for President herself. Woohoo! The news will be off the hook if Sarah runs for President.

Lorne Michaels was interviewed by Entertainment Weekly, and all the questions were about Sarah Palin, who Lorne gave a lot of praise:

What do you think Palin gained from her appearance?

I think Palin will continue to be underestimated for a while. I watched the way she connected with people, and she’s powerful. Her politics aren’t my politics. But you can see that she’s a very powerful, very disciplined, incredibly gracious woman. This was her first time out and she’s had a huge impact. People connect to her.

She’s a ratings magnet, too — do you think she can land a development deal if this VP thing doesn’t work out?

She could pretty much do better than development. I think she could have her own show, yeah.

If Lorne Michaels believes Palin has star power, then she has star power. Lorne should know.

Protestors in Colorado tried to block a clearly marked with cones route of Governor Sarah Palin as her motorcade attempted to pass through with a police escort. Police had to tackle the protestors to keep them from getting their heads crushed by passing police cars in the motocade. IDIOTS!

Liberalism is a mental disorder. These people don’t understand boundaries because they are sick in the head. They’re NUTS!

There is only one way to keep these NUTS from taking over the country. VOTE VOTE VOTE!

It’s no secret that Seth MacFarlane is a raging liberal democrat, like most of Hollywood. On a recent episode of Family Guy, Seth used the show as a platform to create a negative association between John McCain and Sarah Palin, and Nazis, by putting a McCain/Palin pin on a Nazi uniform.

Despite Seth’s attempt to be negative, I found it kind of funny, and harmless.

If Seth were to make the same attempt to poke fun at Obama and Biden, I’d get the impression Seth was actually fair minded, and not using his show as a political platform to attack McCain/Palin. Seth does prove a point with his humor though. You don’t have to be mature to be creative.
