No Sex And The City flick

Sarah Jessica Parker has finally declared the nail in the coffin of the Sex and The City film. Carrie Bradshaw and pals were set to reunite on the big screen in a script that saw the sassy columnist finally marry Mr Big. But Sarah said it was Kim Cattrall who scuppered the plans. She bemoans: “What went wrong? I think you’d have to ask Kim to be specific. “I think you have to respect someone’s choice to want to move on in their life.” She continued: “It’s a hard pill to swallow and it was especially hard at the time as the script was so great. There was a time when there was great momentum for the film. The script was ready. “But now the sets have been dismantled and the wardrobe is all gone.” Yesterday Kristin Davies, who played Charlotte in the Channel 4 show, was still holding out for a movie version. She said: “I am the hopeful one and I am hopeful someday we’ll make a movie. “But we’d better hurry up. None of us are getting any younger.”
