Craig Schelske, Sara Evans’ estranged husband, accused her of having affairs with celebrities. I have the impression this couple has an open relationship, which allows them to sleep with other people. Something else must be going on under the surface of these accusations.

While they were still living together as husband and wife, Schelske accused his wife of having affairs with country singer Kenny Chesney and other unnamed "associates in the music business." Sources said Schelske accused Evans of having an affair with Tony Dovolani, her partner on "Dancing With the Stars."

As for Evan’s connection with Chesney, the two singers toured together back in 2000 and 2001. Chesney was briefly married to actress Renee Zellweger in 2005. Evans’ rep says the two singers never had an affair.

…and the accusations will no doubt keep coming.

In an effort to smear her husband’s good name as quickly as possible, Sara Evans informed The Today Show this morning that her husband had transferred $750,000 to a private account, in his name only, when divorce papers were filed by Sara. Sounds like her husband can already see what she is planning, and he got smart, which upset her. Sara also told The Today Show she would discuss her divorce drama on Dancing with the Stars, but later reports said she decided against it. Sara needs to slow down, and think about the couple’s kids. Alison Clinton, Sara Evans’ former nanny, has come forward to deny accusations that she had an affair with Evans’ husband Craig Schelske, PRNewswire reports. In divorce papers filed by Evans last week, the country singer and former Dancing with the Stars contestant accused her husband of cheating with Clinton, contributing to the breakup of their marriage of 13 years.

"I am crushed. I thought Sarah was my friend,” Clinton says in a statement released Tuesday. “I have never been anything but loyal to her and her family. I cannot understand this but now I am forced clear my name in order to preserve the best possible future for me and my family.”

Clinton served as a nanny for Evans, 35, and Schelske several years ago, and has also acted as her personal assistant and co-president of Evans’ fan club.

Clinton married her long-time boyfriend three months ago. Evans was the matron of honor in the ceremony and Schelske, 43, was a groomsman. Their three children, ages 2, 3, and 7, were the flower girls and ring bearer.

Last Thursday, Evans filed divorce papers in which she accused Schelske of storing pornography on his home computer, including pictures of him having sex with other women; posting personal ads on Craigslist.com requesting partners for anal and three-party sex; and watching pornography in the presence of their children.

Schelske, 43, ran for Congress as a Republican from Oregon’s 5th District in 2002.

"Her husband has had a long time porn problem. He’s addicted to web porn and it’s been a strong source of contention in their marriage,” a source behind the scenes at DWTS said. “She very recently found out that he had struck up a relationship with another woman he met on the Internet and began having an affair."

Evans also announced through a rep Thursday that she was leaving ABC’s Dancing with the Stars to "give her family full attention at this difficult time."

Adds the source: "Sara is devastated, this has left her breathless, and all she can think about is getting back to her children.”

In the papers, Evans alleges that her husband committed adultery, was verbally and emotionally abusive, and drank excessively. She also says that he "frequently watches pornography" and has "at least 100 photographs” of him posing in a state of arousal, as well as "several photographs showing [Schelske] having sex with other women." Evans also attached details from Schelske’s postings on CraigsList where he allegedly requests "three party sex and anal sex."

Evans is seeking child custody, possession of the Franklin home and child support. Now we know why Evans quit Dancing with the Stars.

This sounds like a Denise Richards all over again. Obviously Evans knew about everything her husband was doing. How else would she have copies of him naked, and postings he made on Craiglist? It looks to me like the two participated in threesomes a lot. None of that seems to be the issue that caused Evans to file for divorce. Jealously over Evan’s husband being interested in another woman seems to be the real reason, so why include all the other stuff, revenge. The kids are always the losers in situations like this.

I saw Evans on TV the other day and she seemed sweet as pie.
