Britney Spears Gets Restraining Orders

The conservatorship that runs Britney Spears life got a restraining order against both Sam Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib. The worse of the two, Lutfi, has even sued Britney claiming she breached a contract they had, and he says Britney owes him money, plus he claims that Lynne Spears ruined his good name. Uh huh.

Lutfi’s attorney, Jon Eardley, also got involved by sending a letter to Britney last week saying in part:

You may not be aware of the fact that your civil rights were violated.

I have developed a legal strategy for you that I am confident will turn everything around, and ultimately garner you full custody of your children within approximately 30 to 60 days.

They will not be happy until they have denied you your freedom and milked you for your last dime. The custody case, as you know, is nothing more than a flat out extortion scheme, with your children being used as pawns.

Your case will continue to spiral until they have denied you your freedom, your children and your assets.

All I want is to see you win. I do not want anything in return and am willing to volunteer my time with you to see to it that you are successful in this custody case. I am not interested in publicity, money, or anything other than seeing you obtain full custody of your children.

Please recognize that aside from some anxiety and depression, which are totally normal under these circumstances, there is nothing wrong with you, but that the court system routinely engages in character assassination to conceal its internal bias and to break you down.

What they ultimately want is to get you into a conservatorship; at that point, your freedom will be denied, giving them the full opportunity to steal all of your money and to deny you any access to your children.

Lutfi wanted to run the conservatorship that Britney’s father ultimately took over. What a mess that would have been!

Currently both Lutfi, and his attorney, are hiding from process servers who want to serve Lutfi with the restraining order papers. He wouldn’t have to worry about that if he would have lived up to his word at the last restraining order hearings saying he would leave Britney alone.

The good news currently for Britney is that Kevin Federline worked out a plan to take the kids on tour with Britney, despite objections by his attorney’s. Kevin will get $4,000 a week for expenses while on the road with the kids, which seems fair, since his attorneys wanted a lot more. Kevin deserves a lot of credit for thinking of the kids first, which is not something divorce attorneys, or courts usually do.

Alli Sims Legal Problems

Alli Sims, who is Britney Spears cousin and her former assistant, received a legal letter on December 15, 2008 from her former producer Nathan Folks. The letter accuses Sims of lying, and working with Sam Lutfi, all while taking advantage of everyone she came in contact with:

1. You lied to us about money causing out-of–pocket expenses. We were unaware that you had made a deal with Claus Hjelmbak and Sam Lufti to pay your rent for the year of 2008. You should not have asked us to pay your rent and personal expenses since May 2008 for 6 months.

2. You lied to us about your relationship with Britney Spears. We were in the understanding that we would help you make a record album and music videos about your relationship with Britney Spears. You grossly misrepresented yourself as a singer and as a friend of Britney Spears.

3. You brought questionable friends to business trips and meetings designed to finance your album. It jeopardized our relationships with our investors and caused us loss of money.

4. After a business trip to St. Tropez fully paid for by our company and our investor you went behind our backs and started developing and filming a pilot for a reality show when you returned.

5. Slandering my company, myself and my associates. Lying about my business in France and damaging relationships I have with my business partners.

6. Lied to the media in “In Touch” Magazine about writing a song about Britney Spears. Continuing to lie about working on an album that has not even started. As well as many media reports of you writing and recording music behind our backs which we both know is a complete and utter lie.

7. You lied about your relationship with Sam Lufti and Claus Hjelmbak and the sneaky financial deals that collapsed your relationship with the entire Spears family.

Very shady. Sims should be ashamed of herself. Sims could end up in court if she doesn’t pay back the money.

Sam Lutfi Gone for Good

Sam Lutfi did not show up for a Wednesday hearing today, that would allow him to challenge the already extended restraining order that prevents him from having any contact with Britney Spears. Lutfi’s slimy publicist admitted defeat saying:

"He respects Britney, he respects the temporary restraining order, and everyone is beating him up for no reason. Enough is enough."

Hahahaha! Lutfi is finally getting the message to STAY AWAY FROM BRITNEY! Since Lutfi was not in court he chose not to respond to the allegations made against him by Lynne Spears in her affidavit which read in part:

"Mr. Lutfi drugged Britney. He has cut Britney’s home phone line and removed her cell phone chargers. He yells at her. He claims to control everything, Britney’s business manager, her attorneys, and the security guards at the gate."

If he’s innocent you’d think he would shout it from the roof tops, and most especially in court. Since Lutfi didn’t show up for the hearing, so I think we have our answer.

Sam Lutfi Agrees to Stay Away 30 More Days

Sam Lutfi made an agreement with the conservatorship, overseeing Britney Spears life, to extend a restraining order another 30 days to avoid a show down in court. The commissioner will sign off on the order today. Sam knows the court is not going to believe him, especially after seeing how well Britney is doing now under her father Jamie Spears care. Sam needs to stay away forever.

Sam Lutfi in the LAPD Cross Hairs

Sam Lufti has been under investigation by the Robbery Homicide division of LAPD for allegedly drugging Britney Spears. Rumors have also surfaced that Sam was allegedly trying to become the next Howard Stern. LAPD officials first said there was no such investigation. Now, Captain Kyle Jackson of Robbery Homicide has issued the following statement:

"The issues regarding Britney Spears are being considered by the department to determine if laws have been violated. Particular suspects have not yet been fully identified nor has a formal investigation into open charges officially commenced. At this time we don’t know whether or not a formal investigation will be initiated."

Sam might need more than just a good public relations guy soon. Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do? Whatcha gonna do when they come for you?

Sam Lutfi Properly Served

The federal judge in the Britney Spears conservatorship has issued an order extending the restraining order against Sam Lutfi after he was served yesterday.

According to the order, Lutfi must stay clear of Britney, and that includes phone contact, through March 17. The judge ruled that Lutfi has been properly served with legal papers. Lutfi’s rep had challenged today’s service of process, but the judge said Lutfi has been properly served.

Lutfi’s rep also denies Lutfi is being investigated by LAPD, after previously acknowledging he and his client were aware of the investigation. The investigation includes Sam’s drugging of Britney. Investigators are also looking into whether or not this was an attempted homicide, which is why homicide/murder detectives are working on the case.

Sam Lutfi May Have Tried to Kill Britney

The Sam Lutfi investigation into his drugging Britney Spears has been turned over to the Robbery Homicide division of the LAPD. Allegations are now surfacing that Sam may have been drugging Britney much heavier than first thought, and some allege he was trying to kill her. A source says Sam may have got the idea from Howard Stern, who fed Anna Nicole Smith a steady diet of pills, methadone, and other drugs that eventually led to her death. The source says Sam may have been trying to position himself, as Howard did, so that Sam would be left in control of Britney’s substantial fortune after Britney died. This suspicion may have factored heavily into the decision to legally restrain Sam from coming anywhere near Britney again.

Sam Lutfi Under Investigation

Sam Lutfi is under investigation by the LAPD for allegedly drugging Britney Spears. Law enforcement sources say the Major Crimes Division of the LAPD conducting the investigation. The conservators have complained that Lutfi drugged Spears as a way of keeping her under his control. Michael Sands, Lutfi’s spokesperson, said he is aware of the investigation.

Britney Spears Will Not Attend the Grammy Awards

On Friday Commissioner Reva Goetz ordered Howard Grossman to turn over "all documents, records and assets relating to Britney Spears" to Britney’s dad, Jamie Spears, who along with attorney Andrew Wallet, is the court-appointed conservator of Brit and her estate. The court also gave Jamie and Andrew permission to fire Grossman, since he is close friends with Sam Lutfi who has been ordered by the court to stay away from Britney.

Britney has been staying out of trouble thanks to the fact her father hired a new bodyguard for Britney, and a driver, which is why we haven’t seen Britney causing a huge scene everywhere she drives. To keep herself busy Britney has been spending time at the Millennium Dance Studio in North Hollywood this weekend, and she even got a hair makeover the other day. Was she going for the grunge look? The other night Britney was asked if she would be attending the Grammy awards, she said they could “kiss her arse,” in her best British accent.

Britney Spears’ divorce lawyers, Trope and Trope, have again filed papers requesting to be removed as her counsel. A hearing on the matter is scheduled for March 10. First they want out, then they fight to stay in, now they want out again. Make up your minds. It seems now that Britney actually has someone she can trust managing her life, suddenly the drama has stopped, and all the blood suckers are running for the hills.

Britney Spears Cannot Hire Attorney

Britney Spears attempt to retain attorney Adam Streisand have been denied due to a court order. Adam said in statement today:

"At the request of Britney Spears, Adam Streisand, a Partner at Loeb & Loeb LLP, met with her yesterday to discuss her legal rights in connection with the conservatorship over her person and estate. Following that meeting, Mr. Streisand learned that the court had issued orders that prevent Ms. Spears from retaining counsel of her own choosing, and on that basis, Mr.Streisand has decided he will not represent her at this time."

Attorney and co-conservator Andrew Wallet, and attorneys Samuel Ingham and Jeryll Cohen, have just arrived in court. Jamie Spears will arrive shortly. The hearing today is to try to get the conservatorship order enforced, so Britney Spears can get the help she needs.

Lurking in the background is Sam Lutfi, who had his new public relations rehab agent, Michael Sands, make a statement this morning:

"Sam has been providing prescription medication, cocktails is what its called for Britney’s medical issues. Sometimes the medication really doesn’t work and you have to change it and you see outrageous behavior displayed in public."

It is illegal for a non-licensed and non-medical professional to administer prescription medications to anyone. Britney needs a doctor or nurse, not some self-proclaimed healer like Sam.
