Selena Gomez and Nick Jonas Kissed on the First Date

Selena Gomez and Nick Jonas have admitted to kissing on the first date, even though they are officially denying a relationship. In separate interviews they gave themselves away:

Selena told Twist magazine:

"I had dinner on the beach with a crush and there were lights on the palm trees! Then, went walking on the beach, and after that we slow danced. Wait, it gets better. While we were slow dancing…my crush and I had our first kiss! And after it, I leaned back and I said, ’You cheated.’ And he said, ’Why’ and I said, ’I don’t kiss on the first date.’ Then he said, ’Well, I never really play by the rules.’ I was waiting for a a director to say, ’Cut’ I was like, ’Are we shooting this right now?"

Nick Jonas the told Girls’ Life magazine:

"On one date, the girl said to me, ’I don’t kiss on the first date.’ So I said, ’I don’t follow the rules.’" The brothers high-five to that one. "Ooooh! It was so good!"

Miley Cyrus is probably gettting some steamy pictures ready to leak right now, to try to make Nick jealous.

Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson Stay Home for a Honeymoon

Pete Wentz was on the Ryan Seacrest radio show today. Pete said he, and Ashlee Simpson are staying at home rather than going on a honeymoon, and that Ashlee legally took the last name Wentz, but will be called Simpson professionally. They also both signed a prenup. Smart. Most couples would get married when their work schedules allowed them to go on a honeymoon, but this wedding took place because Ashlee is pregnant. It was a shotgun wedding.

Pete wouldn’t comment on Ashlee’s pregnancy, but he already confirmed it at the wedding.

Pete said that Tony Romo was at the wedding dancing mostly with Pete’s grandma. The story about Jessica and Tony still dating just keeps falling apart.

Fantasia Freaks Out Simon Cowell on American Idol

Fantasia gave a freaky performance tonight on American Idol. The look on Simon Cowell’s face says it all. The song was a lot of yelling and booty shaking, but nothing that could be danced to. I’m not even sure it was bad, it was just off, and I don’t mean off the hook, I mean different, but that’s Fantasia. She does give an energetic show, and usually sweats like a pig. As Ryan Seacrest was spreading on the compliments she tried to grab and kiss him. The whole experience sent cold shivers down my spine. Video of Fantasia’s performance is below.

Ryan Seacrest Defends Paula Abdul

Ryan Seacrest made an effort to defend Paula last night on American Idol saying:

“Last night the judges were thrown a curve ball on the air, which is just part of a live show, but it sparked a lot of gossip about Paula. I read some of this online this morning and just for the record, the rumors, they’re not true. She’s part of our family and we love her.”

Although Ryan didn’t say which rumors, he’s talking about the suspicion that has been fueled over and over the past 2 years, that Paula’s strange behavior is suspsected to be the result of drugs or alcohol.

We think Paula seems like a really nice person, and have nothing bad to say about her, but like most other people who see her strange behavior, we do have concerns for her health and safety, especially after she tripped over her dog and chipped her nose in May of 2007.

Ryan Seacrest put his gay face on the cover of Details. The magazine named him one of their 2008 Mavericks. A lot of people speculate Ryan is gay, and he’s not afraid to go there. He is rumored to be dating a girl, but just once I’d like to see him kiss the girl in public. A long, spit swapping passionate kiss, that proves he likes girls.
