I didn’t like the song too much, but Gosling is sure to evolve his current efforts into something great in the future.

Ryan Gosling released this music video where he plays piano and sings In the Room Where You Sleep with his band Dead Man’s Bones. It sounds okay. The video was obviously meant to be cheap, and, I guess, creative.

A rumor is circulating that Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams are dating. The two were spotted in the West Village in New York City, and a witness said Ryan was "smiling and gazing at her." Maybe he was paying attention to what she was saying, as in listening. His rep says "they are working together." I hope so. I know I wouldn’t want Heath Ledger’s left overs. Besides, Ryan is hot for Hayden Panettiere.

Hayden Panettiere (18) has a new daddy, and it’s Ryan Gosling (27). Hayden was having lunch over the weekend in Los Angeles at the Chateau Marmont when Ryan came over to her table, like it wasn’t planned or anything. A witness said:

"They were hugging a lot, and they ended up exchanging numbers."

As if they didn’t already have each other’s numbers. Hayden loves older men, and daddy figures.

Ryan Gosling Too Fat for Lovely Bones

Last week, Ryan Gosling walked away from a starring role in Peter Jackson’s next movie, "The Lovely Bones". He was quickly replaced by Mark Wahlberg, and "creative differences" was cited as the only reason for the change. Us magazine says:

A source tells Us Gosling â€œwas fired" because "he just gained too much weight!" A second insider says, "He ate grilled cheese every day." But pigging out wasnt his only sin. Adds the source: "He drove the hair and wardrobe crew crazy." The loss would seem particularly bitter for Gosling, who told reporters last month that The Lovely Bones "is a totally unique story." A DreamWorks rep tells Us, "We have huge respect for Ryan’s work. It was truly a case of creative differences, plain and simple."

IMDB describes the movie as such: "A young girl who was brutally raped and murdered, watches the effects of her death on her family from Heaven, as her parents drift apart, her father becomes obsessed with vengeance and her sister grows into the woman she would never be." Ryan was supposed to be the father. Apparently Ryan’s interpretation was that the father eats himself to death with a vengeance, which isn’t what the director had in mind.
