Russell Crowe (45) is trying to lose weight, and stay in shape by biking. The fresh air in Australia appeared to have overwhelmed Crowe, so he jumped off his bike, and gave himself a breathing treatment with a cigarette.

Russell Crowe was out in Sydney riding his bicycle in an effort to burn off some of the fat he gained for the movie Body of Lies. It took a lot of In and Out burgers in Los Angeles to gain that well earned belly.

Russell got Sienna Miller fired from the Ridley Scott Robin Hood movie named Nottingham, because Russell said Sienna would make him look too fat. TRUE!

Apparently after a lot of constructive criticism Russell has decided to get healthy, and lose the weight.

Keep up the good work Russell.

Joan Rivers got booted off of a UK version of The View called Loose Women, after Joan said Russell Crowe is a "piece of f*cking sh!t." That may be something loose women say, but unfortunately for Joan the show was airing LIVE! Even worse, young children may have been watching. Oops!

The producers of the show asked Joan to leave the show as soon as they went to commercial. Joan apologized for swearing, and said she had no idea the show was live. Joan said:

“Yes, I swore, and I’m so f_cking sorry.”

Joan did not apologize to Crowe, as if he even cares.

Russell Crowe is becoming the next Marlon Brando, in terms of overall weight. Russell’s wife, below, is looking incredibly hot. When his wife was pregnant Russell was eating for two, and he still is.

American Gangster, starring Denzel Washington and Russell Crowe, took in $46.3 million this weekend to take the top spot over Jerry Seinfeld’s Bee Movie which took in $39.1 million. Don’t bring a stinger to a gun fight. American Gangster was good, I saw it on Friday.
