Chris Brown Sued by Robert Rosen

Chris Brown is being sued by Robert Rosen, who is the same photographer that sued Pierce Brosnan in 2007, and that lawsuit was dismissed.
Rosen sued Brown and LA Fitness International, claiming he was assaulted by a bodyguard after snapping pictures in a gym in Universal City. The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages for multiple claims, including assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence.
Rosen says while he snapped photos of Brown and friends on the basketball court at the LA Fitness on May 1 Brown’s bodyguards assaulted him, and caused him to fall down a flight of stairs after being chased.
The lawsuit does not allege violence by Brown.
Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, said in a statement:
"This is a specious and frivolous lawsuit by one of the paparazzi seeking publicity and a payday. He’s done this before and lost. We will vigorously defend against this."
On the same day that Rosen filed the lawsuit Brown uploaded two videos to YouTube where he said:
"Everybody that’s haters, they just be’in haters. All my real fans, I love you. I ain’t a monster."
Brown has been accused of being involved in a lot of violent altercations lately. He may not be a monster, but he is in need of some counseling for his inability to control his temper.
In the video below Rosen limped out of LA Fitness with a broken leg, and made the statement below on video that completely contradicts everything he claims in his lawsuit against Brown:
"Yeah, Chris didn’t want to talk. Chris is a good guy. I have nothing against Chris. His bodyguard is doing his job, so more power to him. If I ever hit the lottery I’m hiring that guy. The broken leg was my fault, I fell. I was running down the steps, and I fell, so that wasn’t incurred due to his bodyguard, it was incurred due to the incurred fear of his bodyguard."
When asked if Rosen had anything to say to Chris Brown Rosen said:
"Hey Chris, sorry man, no big deal."
Good luck winning that lawsuit Rosen, with a video like this that clearly vindicates both Chris Brown, his bodyguard, and LA Fitness.
