The sexual harassment lawsuits brought against Rob Lowe and his wife by former nannies Jessica Gibson, and Laura Boyce, have been dismissed.

We’re happy that’s over.

Rob Lowe Wins Confidentiality Case Against Nanny

Rob Lowe sued his former nanny Laura Boyce for violating the confidentiality agreement she signed in order to work for Rob and his wife. Boyce told a lot of people about things she alleges went on in the Lowe’s home.

Yesterday a judge rejected Boyce’s claim that the confidentiality agreement was invalid, on grounds it violated her freedom of speech rights.

Celebrity privacy is still possible in Hollywood thanks to this case.

Jessica Gibson Boyfriend Wants a Million Dollars

Jessica Gibson, the former nanny suing Rob Lowe for sexual harassment, is being investigated bit by bit to expose her for what she really is. TMZ did some digging and found Jessica has a boyfriend named Jason Lesh, who posted a message last year asking for a $1 million dollar investment to help him manufacture a pest control product, through his company called Oek Industries. Jessica has already demanded $1.5 million from the Lowes to avoid a sexual harassment lawsuit.

If the courts in this country protect the innocent, then Jessica will be thrown in jail for extortion, fraud, and perjury if she is found to have lied. To date, not a single employee, former or current, has corroborated Jessica’s allegations against the Lowes.

Rob Lowe Nanny Wants to Be a Star

Jessica Gibson, the former nanny suing Rob Lowe, and his wife Sheryl Lowe, for sexual harassment, appears to have a laundry list to milk her 15 minutes of fame, which she is hoping will translate into some big bucks when the lawsuit ends, and she has to pay her own legal bills. The list goes something like this:

TV interview – Check
Photo shoot with PEOPLE – Check
Court appearances – Pending
Write a book – Looking for publishers
Move to Las Vegas – Realtor on speed dial

Ambulance chaser Gloria Allred is doing her best to shake up Lowe before she deposes him on May 19. Today she said:

"Jessica has nothing to hide, and we wonder if Mr. Lowe will take that position as well."

The Lowes’ attorney, Stanton "Larry" Stein has countered, by effectively calling Gibson a liar in a statement he issued to the Today show. "An investigation of dozens of present and former employees has failed to find one single person to verify her allegations," the statement said.

Gibson’s legal bills alone will be punishment enough if the Lowes are found not guilty in court.

According to sources the ex nanny Jessica Gibson, who is suing Rob Lowe for sexual harassment, is described by friends as loving older men, very flirtatious, a party girl, and only complained about getting more money from the Lowes, but never about anything regarding sexual inappropriateness.

If the b!tch is lying, then throw her in jail for fraud and extortion.

Sources also say Jessica has been bragging to all her "pals" back home about a photo shoot she did for this week’s issue of People.

Hopefully People didn’t pay Jessica. They can use those pictures later when she is exposed as a fraud.

Gibson’s father Jim, 63, a technology executive said:

"I was shocked when I heard about everything, and I worry about her capability to cope with things. She felt being a nanny was perfect for her. She liked it. The Lowes were working her ridiculous hours."

Jim is going to be really shocked when he finds out what a liar his daughter is. The Lowes’ kids are 12 and 14 years-old. How hard is it to take care of kids that are old enough to take care of themselves? I’m sure Gibson logged a lot of hours snacking in front of the television watching court TV.

Jessica’s mother, Eileen Gibson, a teacher who lives in Lake Elmo, Minnesota, who is divorced from Jim said she:

"… finds it absurd to say she tried to extort from the family. She is very compassionate, very caring and honest. She has a gift for working with kids. She loves them. She’s very gentle and kind and values her family very much." However when it came to Jessica’s professional life, "She has been absolutely discreet about her job, and we did not discuss that."

What does Eileen know? They never even discussed Jessica’s job. Her parents are probably speaking out to start the damage control now before the truth comes out.

Jessica’s older sister Kelly Gibson (28) even chimed in:

"She was always the babysitter growing up. She’s Auntie Jessie to my daughter Alicia. I always told her she would be the best mother and wife."

Well, Jessica isn’t a wife, nor a mother, and apparently she’s not such a good nanny either because she’s already quit twice. Jessica just needs to apologize to the Lowes, find a rich man, and settle down. Of course now that Jessica has been exposed, who would want to marry her, without a prenup?

Jessica Gibson, Rob Lowe’s former nanny, went on the Today show, and let her lawyer Gloria Allred do most of the talking. Jessica smirked and smiled after every question was asked. In my opinion, Jessica appeared to be lying. Gloria’s presentation seemed like she is abusing the sexual harassment laws to try to get her client money, even though the Lowe’s appear innocent in my opinion. Gloria loves to have her name in the papers, she’s a publicity whore. After an email was revealed that was totally inconsistent with her current allegations Jessica had no explanation, but Gloria tried to play it off as if Jessica is a weak innocent victim who is going up against the rich and powerful Lowe family. If Jessica loses in court I hope the Lowe family pursue her for fraud, and blackmail. Unfortunately, the Lowe family declined an offer for the police to investigate the matter as a crime against them, and chose to fight this in court instead.

In a statement read on Tuesday’s Today show, while Gibson was being interviewed with her attorney Gloria Allred, the Lowes’ attorney, Stanton "Larry" Stein, said:

"Ms. Gibson’s older sister worked for the Lowes for 7 years. Ms. Gibson worked for the Lowes on and off for 7 years. She left at least 2 times, to pursue other jobs, and returned each time asking for more hours. She sent 2 emails the day after she left, both saying she loved the Lowes and her leaving had nothing to do with them but her heart wasn’t into being a nanny anymore."

"This is totally inconsistent with her latest allegations," Stein added. "An investigation of dozens of present and former employees has failed to find one single person to verify her allegations. The allegations in the complain are simply untrue."

Rob Lowe Sues Nanny

Yesterday Rob Lowe published text messages from his former nanny who quit, then asked for $1.5 million to keep her from telling secrets about Lowe and his wife. Rob said earlier Monday that the former nanny is demanding $1.5 million from the actor and his wife "or she will accuse us both of a vicious laundry list of false terribles." Rob filed suit against the lying nanny. People reports:

In a 26-page complaint against the longtime former nanny, Lowe’s lawyers say the woman claimed to have "a personal and intimate relationship (with Lowe), and, in effect, accusing Rob Lowe of infidelity." The Lowes also learned that the nanny repeatedly expressed romantic interest in Rob and told people that "she wished he would divorce Sheryl Lowe."

On at least one occasion, the nanny "bragged" about giving Lowe a massage during a trip with the Lowe family, according to court papers. (The couple claims it never happened.) The woman also allegedly claimed that Lowe sexually harassed her and that Sheryl Lowe was an "overly demanding" and "abusive" employer, who made "inappropriate comments of a sexual and racial nature" to her.

Rob also filed a lawsuit against two other employees. People reports:

In the 19-page filing against the former chef, Lowe claims the ex-employee had sex on their bed "with third parties" when the family was out of town, stole prescription drugs from their medicine cabinet that he later distributed to his friends, broke several security cameras and overcharged them for food. According to the suit, he also allegedly made statements to various people that Sheryl was heartless, cold and "unclean."

Hopefully the chef washed his hands before he started cooking.
