Rick Salomon Sued by Gertrude Harutunian for Battery

Rick Salomon is being sued by Gertrude Harutunian, who alleges Salomon hosted a drug-fueled party last July at his home in the Hollywood Hills. Gertrude alleges "cocaine, meth, pot and alcohol which were freely given out …." at the party.

Gertrude alleges the drugs and alcohol caused Buddy Segal, Salomon’s roommate, to pull Harutunian from a bed by her hair, "strike, hit and throw" her while Salomon watched. Gertrude alleges Segal then dragged her across a room to a shower, and threw her inside, as "Salomon watched and conspired with Segal to hurt and injure her."

We’ll see how this plays out in court.

Salomon is the ex husband of Shannen Doherty, and Pamela Anderson, and he made an intimate tape with Paris Hilton.

Pam Anderson filed paperwork recently saying her two month marriage to Rick Salomon should be annulled due to fraud. Now Rick has filed the same paperwork also accusing Pam of fraud, and also asking for annulment of the marriage.

Pam originally asked for spousal support because Rick makes more money than she does, so she looked like a gold digger. Then it was reported that Pam was pregnant, even though she has hepatitis C. Later it was reported Pam got an abortion, and took her web site down. Now she is not asking for anything from Rick, and is letting him off the hook with an annulment of the marriage. This was a smart move. It’s better to have fake loved and lost, than to look like a gold digging b!tch.

Pam Anderson is still divorcing Rick Salomon, and asking for spousal support after being married for about one month, but she won’t be asking for child support because she’s no longer pregnant. Pam had posted on her web site that she wasn’t pregnant, but then Rick said she was. Now reports say she’s no longer pregnant. Some reports say Pam had an abortion, for several reasons, including the use of drugs and alcohol on New Years Eve, as well as the fact she has Hepatitis C which could be passed to the baby via the umbilical cord during pregnancy. Rick should really seek some professional help to understand why he’d marry an old diseased hag like Pamela in the first place.

Pam Anderson was with Rick Salomon again today doing what she does best. She leads while he follows. The reason Pam keeps spending time with Rick is to keep his mind on the possibility their relationship might go back to normal and loving again, while Pam works on getting spousal, and possibly child support for a possibly unborn baby, from Rick in court. He doesn’t even realize what’s happening. Pam is a professional hustler. Pam should go to jail for this obvious fraud, but she won’t because she knows what she’s doing, and Rick doesn’t. Rick Salomon has been telling friends that Pam Anderson has been acting crazy about the divorce thing because she’s pregnant. In the divorce petition Pam asked for spousal support, but not child support, so we’ll see if she’s really pregnant. It’s obvious Pam only married Rick to scam money out of him, she should be charged with fraud for entering into a sham marriage. If Pam really is pregnant as Rick says, then she should also be charged with reckless endangerment of a child, since she knows she has Hepatitis C, which could be passed to the baby. Rick is a Bridiot for marrying Pam.

When I first reported the news that Pam Anderson said her and Rick Salomon were "working things out," I said that was code for Pam buying some time to get organized so she could stick it to Rick. Now there’s news that the Anderson vs. Salomon divorce is still on.

On December 14 Pam filed for divorce. Anderson’s attorney filed a proof of service of summons on December 28 in Los Angeles. Superior Court, stating for the record that Salomon had been served with divorce papers on December 15.

On New Year’s Eve Pam hosted an event at PURE night club in Las Vegas, but Rick wasn’t there. On January 2 Pam blogged about New Years, the upcoming Super Bowl, and her kids, but made no mention of Rick.

Kid Rock is laughing himself sick at a Waffle House somewhere right now.

The couple partied at Village in West Hollywood the other night until 5:30 am. Sounds exactly like what happened when Kid Rock was married to Pam. The only one who didn’t have a good time was Pam’s Hepatitis infected liver.
