Denise Richards has been spotted snuggling with her new boy friend, Heather
Locklear’s ex-husband, Richie Sambora. “Denise and Richie looked very
comfortable together, blindly reaching for each other’s hands every time they
walked on the beach,” says an onlooker of Richards and Sambora (shown here on
April 20 in Laguna Beach, California). “They were a 100 percent genuine couple,”
another eyewitness adds.

“They’re really loving together, like they don’t have a care in the world apart
from each other.”

Actions speak louder than words. Those poor kids. California is probably a no-fault divorce case, which means Charlie can’t use Denise’s cheating against her, however, she never seems to be with the kids, which says to me that there should not be a restraining order preventing Charlie from watching his kids while Denise sleeps around. Obviously, Denise doesn’t care what anyone thinks.

Denise Richards and Bon Jovi’s Richie Sambora share something sweet (a kiss!) at an L.A.-area café on Saturday. The two held hands as they walked in together and, once inside, gazed into each other’s eyes. Sambora is separated from Heather Locklear, while Richards is divorcing Charlie Sheen.

In Los Angeles, California, Charlie Sheen was ordered Friday to stay at least 300 feet from his estranged wife, Denise Richards, and their two young daughters except during supervised visits, according to court documents. The temporary restraining order says Sheen must also avoid the actress’ home and car. The judge granted Sheen once-weekly visits with 2-year-old Sam and 10-month-old Lola, and scheduled another hearing for May 12. Richards, 35, alleged in court papers that Sheen pushed her, shoved her, and threatened her and her parents. The papers also include transcriptions of telephone messages Richards said Sheen left in April 2005. Sheen, 40, denied the allegations, and the judge granted his request that he and Richards be allowed to record telephone conversations with each other.

Denise Richards doesn’t waste any time does she? Who’s watching her kids? Now that Richards got that restraining order Charlie has zero chance of stopping her bad behavior, or even any chance of babysitting his children while Richards sleeps around.
