Richie Sambora Arrested for DUI

Richie Sambora has fallen off the wagon, and was arrested for DUI in Laguna Beach, California.

Law enforcement sources said the Bon Jovi guitarist was pulled over by the Laguna Beach PD just before 11:00 PM last night. Cops say they observed him driving erratically in a black Hummer and pulled him over. He failed numerous field sobriety tests and was detained for DUI. At the station Sambora opted to take a blood test rather than blow into a breathalyzer. Laguna Beach PD Sgt. Jason Kravetz tells TMZ "At this point there’s no indication of drugs." There was a female passenger in the car at the time of the arrest. Sambora was released around 4:00 AM this morning.

Kirsten Dunst Checks into Rehab

Kirsten Dunst has checked into the Cirque Lodge in Utah, according to Star magazine:

"She desperately needed help," a source in Utah tells Star. "She seemed to be intoxicated when she checked in because she was acting really erratic. She was extremely emotional, constantly breaking down in tears. She not in a good place right now, but thankfully, she’s getting the help she needs."

Eva Mendes is also being treated at Cirque. Past celebrity patiens include Lindsay Lohan, Richie Sambora, and Mary-Kate Olsen. Kirsten is being treated for alcohol, and substance abuse addictions.

Lindsay Lohan Leaves Rehab with Her Dad

Reports said Lindsay Lohan would leave rehab for a week long retreat with her father Michael Lohan, but she probably has to check-in and sleep at rehab during the night. If Lindsay left for a week with her dad, she’d probably end up strung out on drugs in a hotel like Robert Downey Jr. Dina would probably be there too. She doesn’t like to be left out when there is partying to do. Lindsay’s nick name in rehab is the dark lord, named after the Dark Lord Darth Vader, because her voice is so hoarse from smoking and drinking. That’s going to come in handy on Halloween. Richie Sambora in Rehab with Lindsay Lohan

On Monday Richie Sambora (48) joined Lindsay Lohan in rehab at the Cirque Lodge in Utah. In June Sambora was admitted to the UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles after a his split with then fellow cheater Denise Richards. At the time he said "I was just drinking too much, and I needed to get my life together."

At the Cirque Lodge in Utah Sambora hopes to find one of these three things:

- A new girlfriend
- A new piece of a$$
- A new drinking buddy

Charlie Sheen Engaged to Girlfriend Brooke Mueller

Charlie Sheen (41) announced his engagement to Brooke Mueller (29) a real estate investor. Denise Richards (36), who got dumped by Richie Sambora in Hawaii, said the following with a clenched jaw:

"I am genuinely happy for the two of them," Richards said. "In fact, I sent them flowers to congratulate them both. I’ve spent time with her, and my girls really like her. That’s all that matters to me."

Richards is also still being questioned about the breakup with Sambora, because she was trying to get him to marry her, except he wasn’t the sucker Charlie was. She also rejects another report that she hired a matchmaker. "That whole story is false. I did not hire a matchmaker. But," she adds jokingly, "that’s a great idea, maybe I should."

Good for Charlie. He deserves a little happiness after being betrayed by the mother of his children. As for Richards, she’s just a sad desperate aging bitter sick woman.
