Celebrity Rehab is Looking for Love

According to OK! magazine via the Daily Dish, VH1 has approached Richie Sambora to star in the third season of Rock of Love. An insider said:

"He’s perfect for TV. If you thought Bret (Michaels) was must see TV, you ain’t seen anything yet. Richie is going to be a train wreck looking for love."

If Sambora values his freedom he’ll say NO to Rock of Love. He’d probably get caught on camera doing something he shouldn’t, and end up in jail for violating his probation.

Richie Sambora Cops a Plea

Richie Sambora was charged today with two counts of DUI today, and he’s already made a plea bargain. Sambora pled no contest to driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher. In exchange, the DUI charges were dropped. Sambora will pay about $1,600 in fines and penalties, get three years informal probation, and must attend alcohol education classes. If he drinks or does any drugs his probation will be revoked, which means jail time. That’s a good deal for everyone.

Richie Sambora Charged with DUI

Richie Sambora was charged with two counts of DUI, but he was not charged with child endangerment. Lucky for him! Police execs wanted Sambora charged with child endangerment, but regular cops did not. Someone is very concerned about Sambora driving drunk with his 10 year-old daughter in the, as they should be. His blood alcohol was 0.13. Sambora faces six months in jail, and he’ll probably get it. Why? He’s not a girl.

Richie Sambora Faces DUI and Child Endangerment Charges

Laguna Beach Police handed the Richie Sambora DUI case to the Orange County, California District Attorney’s Office today, and have recommended Sambora be charged with both DUI and child endangerment. DA spokeswoman Farrah Emami said:

"Because the case is under review, I can’t discuss the details. Ultimately, we have to base our decision on the available evidence."

Even though many say Sambora is a good dad, drinking and driving with your child in the car won’t win you the father of the year award, but it might get you some jail time.

Richie Sambora Had Daughter in Car for DUI

Richie Sambora’s 10-year-old daughter Ava was in the car at the time of his DUI arrest Tuesday night. Laguna Beach Sgt. Jason Kravetz said:

"There were three females in the car, two of them were juveniles."

Kravetz says the results of Sambora’s blood tests will be revealed in about a week. Sambora will appear in court May 7.

Sambora could be criminally charged with child endangerment, which would directly affect his child visitation. No wonder his ex wife Heather Locklear told her psychiatrist she wanted to kill herself. Police sources say, after Sambora was busted, the cops called Heather Locklear, Ava’s mom. Heather then authorized the adult woman in the car to drive her daughter home.
