Amy Winehouse left rehab yesterday after staying for less than 48 hours, then took a helicopter to London for a brain scan. The Sun UK says:

She left a clinic in Essex and flew back to Camden, North London .. Later she and hubby Blake Fielder-Civil visited a private doctors surgery in central London — before planning a night out with pals.

Her worried parents Mitch and Janis are now considering getting her SECTIONED to force her into getting help for her problems.

Doctors ordered Amy, 23, to have the brain scan after she had a seizure during her overdose. It will reveal whether the singer has a form of epilepsy — which could have been undetected until now.

Okay so Amy had a seizure after consuming a cocktail of heroin, ecstasy, cocaine, and horse tranquilizers. Sure some doctors might say it was a overdose that led to a seizure, but not this doctor, he thinks she may have epilepsy. I suppose if you saw him for a sore throat he’d schedule you for brain surgery, because your neck is connected to your head so that must be where the problem is.

London’s 3AM Girls are saying Amy, and her devoted supportive husband, went back to boozing after exiting rehab:

Amy had earlier spoken to us after fleeing treatment for drug addiction by helicopter yesterday. She said: "Oh my God, what the hell happened to last week? I’m fine, don’t worry."

And after speaking to us last night the singer and husband Blake Fielder-Civil went – you guessed it – back down the pub.

The pair were in the Old Eagle five minutes from her home in Camden, London, with Blake’s parents Georgette and Giles.

These two remind me a lot of Kate Moss and Pete Doherty. Drug and drinking buddies. The only person who was probably happy to see Amy back drinking was the pub owner.

Lindsay Lohan is currently in rehab at the Cirque Lodge in Orem, Utah. Today she took a break to get a tan. This place is as free and loose about their rules as Promises. It doesn’t look like she’s been cleaning toilets. This is a Mormon run facility which probably has never had a Mormon as a patient. Mormons are not allowed to drink alcohol, do drugs, or even consume caffeine, so they indulge in a lot of sex to compensate. Unless Lindsay becomes a Mormon while in rehab, she’s going to relapse again. I just hope she doesn’t get to drive for at least a year. If she does drive, I hope it’s jumping flaming cars on a motorcycle where she can drive fast, but can only hurt herself.

The Daily Mail says today that Amy Winehouse and her husband have flown to the US to immediately begin an intensive drug counseling and detox program after finally admitting that they have a serious drug problem. Winehouse, who collapsed last week after taking a cocktail of heroin, ecstasy, cocaine and the horse tranquilizer ketamine.

Winehouse decided to take action over her problems during crisis talks at a five-star hotel in Hampshire where she was recovering with her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil.

She was reported to have been caught smoking heroin in her suite by a friend, at which point her father Mitch flipped.

Mitch arrived the next day with his wife Janis, and Fielder-Civil’s stepfather Giles Civil and mother Georgette.
According to a source close to the family, the meeting descended into a row and at one point Mr Winehouse grabbed Mr Civil by the throat.

The source told a newspaper: "It broke Amy’s heart to see her parents and in-laws fighting. That was when she realized the drink and drugs were causing problems for everyone." Blake and Winehouse both denied injecting heroin.

The source said: "At one point both Amy and Blake stripped to prove they had not been using needles.
"But they realise that if they don’t get help now, they will both die young. This is their wake-up call."
The couple flew to the US later on Saturday and are today in their third day of intensive counseling and detox treatment.

No needle marks except for that one Amy got after her husband shot her with a tranquilizer dart while he hovered above her in a helicopter. It seems odd Amy would fly to the U.S. to get treatment when she was already in rehab, but she probably heard how successful rehab has been for Britney and Lindsay.

Lindsay Lohan really is in rehab at the Cirque Lodge in Orem, Utah. And not only is she there, but for the first time she might actually be determined to get sober. She is not in a fabulous guest suite as reported earlier this week by "the Insider", but rather living in a spartan room that she shares with two roommates and she spends her time either in a structured recovery environment or doing chores such as cleaning bathrooms. Her recovery actually began immediately after her arrest for DUI on July 24th. It was then she began an intense medical detox at a facility in Los Angeles. From there she went directly to Cirque.

A fellow patient named Jane P. has confirmed to The Insider that Lindsay Lohan did check into the Cirque Lodge rehab facility in Utah. According to the source, Lindsay is amongst twelve patients (six men and six women) and in order to maintain her privacy, all of the patients’ phone calls are being monitored and their use of the computer has been suspended. And in case you’re curious, this is what Lindsay’s daily schedule is like in the Mormon-run center:

6 AM Wake up call
6:30 AM River hike, followed by a brief meditation
8:00 AM Breakfast is served
8:30 AM Free time — like other residents, Lindsay is assigned cleaning duties — including cleaning her room and her toilet.
9:00 AM Community meeting to discuss what will go on that day.
10:00 AM Speaker meeting
12:00 PM Lunch is served
1:00 PM – 4:00 PM Process group/workshops/experiential time — where patients participate in any of the following activities including horseback riding or gardening — which Lindsay did on Tuesday. Spa treatments like massages and pedicures are also available from estheticians-in-training.

6:30 PM Assignment group/recovery work
8:00 PM 12-Step meeting (on or off-site)
9:30 PM Closing meeting — assessment of the day
10:00 PM – 11:00 PM Free time

Makes me wonder how The Insider was able to contact a patient saying she’s in rehab with Lindsay, when all phone calls are monitored and patients cannot use the computer. They probably had a reporter dress up as a doctor to get inside and talk to the patients. The woman actually was checking out of rehab when Lindsay was checking in. I pretended to be a doctor once. I was only asked to leave the hospital after I diagnosed everyone with a "broken funny bone," and after making them laugh I wrote "CURED" on their forehead with a big marker.

Yesterday I said, "Amy needs to be involuntarily admitted for a psychiatric consult, and then shipped off to involuntary rehab, because now it’s a life or death situation." Guess what? Amy Winehouse went to The Priory rehab centre last night. Here’s more:

Amy Winehouse will die unless she tackles her demons, friends of the singer warned last night.

Amy, 23, who was rushed to hospital after collapsing on Wednesday, checked into The Priory rehab centre in London yesterday as family members admitted that her relentless drink and drug lifestyle had pushed her to the brink.

One friend said: "It’s not an exaggeration to say that unless she sorts herself out, this relentless dalliance with drink and drugs will only have one ending. And it won’t be happy. It’s time for some tough love which is why we’ve taken her to get help."

Sounds like she was involuntarily admitted. Tough love. On the bright side, now she can sing about rehab, and how it’s like a magical garden where everyone is smiling, playing games, and sucking on lollipops.
