After one publication which shall not be named, mistakenly claimed Reese Witherspoon is preggo with her third child, her rep tells Us that the actress is not expecting, the Oscar winner put the rumors to rest when she showed off her hot bod at a Malibu beach on June 17, 2006.

In Malibu, California Reese Witherspoon has been sporting maternity-style clothes for awhile now. Yesterday, Reese (30) walked along the sandy beaches in the afternoon wearing a very suspiciously roomy bathing suit. Along for the walk was pet pooch Frank Sinatra and daughter Ava (6). Reese is undoubtedly sporting a baby bump behind her floaty tops! We’ll hear soon enough but no official word yet on Reese being pregnant with her third child. Reese and hubby Ryan Phillippe also have a son together — Deacon, 2. Ryan Phillippe went incognito this past weekend in a white hoodie, and shades as he is picked up dinner-to-go for his family in Malibu.

Reese Witherspoon is so determined to forgive her brother John, who has just completed two years probation for sexual assault, she has given him a job.

The Legally Blonde actress believes employing him as her assistant on the set of new movie Our Family Trouble is the perfect way to help him move on.

Witherspoon’s husband Ryan Phillipe is reportedly not so sure.

A friend of Witherspoon says, “Ryan is seething. He doesn’t like John.”

John Witherspoon pleaded guilty to aggravated burglary and sexual battery after his arrest in 2002.  He was accused of sneaking into a neighbor’s house, and drunkenly molesting her as she slept.
