Another rumor from Us Magazine today said they broke up again. Unless there’s a sex tape, who cares? The bottom line is, Jake doesn’t seem to be a top or a bottom, he seems to just be a regular American guy, who likes chics. Sure it’s not as fun as gay life, where they ride well hung Unicorns, slip down the vaseline slide into pools of milk and honey, and get to wear comfortable panties all day, but who would you want protecting you from the boogie man, a nancy boy, or The Terminator?

Reese Witherspoon picked up Jake Gyllenhaal at his Hollywood Hills home, and raced off to her place. Looks like the breakup rumors were just a diversion. Kids must be with daddy today, so now momma can play. Divorces can be frustrating, and what better way to get your frustrations out?

Ryan Phillippe has filed a legal response to soon-to-be ex-wife Reese Witherspoon’s divorce claim, according to court documents. In his filing submitted Tuesday, Phillippe, 32, cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split, and also seeks joint custody over their two kids, daughter Ava, 7, and son Deacon, 3.

The documents ask that child visitation be "equally allocated."

Phillippe is not asking for any spousal support from Witherspoon, nor is he blocking her from requesting any from him.

Witherspoon initially filed for divorce in November after the couple announced their separation on Oct. 30. She had requested that the court not grant any spousal support to Phillippe.

Phillippe recently wrapped a role in a forthcoming Iraq war film, Stop Loss.

Reese Witherspoon has backed out of a big movie in which she was slated to star and produce. The movie, "Bunny Lake Is Missing," was to be a remake of Otto Preminger’s 1965 film about a woman whose daughter disappears from a nursery school. Cops then try to convince the woman that her daughter was a figment of her imagination.

Reports are circulating that Witherspoon did not feel emotionally invested in the film, and that her psyche was fragile in the wake of her divorce from Ryan Phillippe.

A Hollywood source says the problem had nothing to do with emotions. We’re told Reese signed onto the project after being presented with the idea and a draft script. Last week, Reese was presented with what she thought would be a completed script, but turned out to be 80 pages that had major sections of the movie outlined but not written.

As the deadline approached for a summer shooting, Witherspoon exercised her option not to approve the incomplete script and withdrew as the star of the project. Reese worried about people who wouldn’t have a job shooting this summer. "She’s just as disappointed as anybody," the source says. "She’s not working too."
