Queen Latifah will release her first fragrance in the fall of 2009. She said:

"For me, beauty really does start on the inside. It’s like a state of mind, a state of love, if you will. So, I see fragrance as just a natural expression of this state of love: Scent expresses a woman’s confidence and sensuality. It’s how she embraces her body, her mind and her strength."

Latifah knows a lot about the scent of a woman.

Queen Latifah has made the public threat she’ll sue people over lesbian rumors, and then she does this … Is this a dare? It just comes so natural for the Queen.

Queen Latifah is so mad about the rumors that she is a lesbian she is threatening to sue. Queen said:

“They are actually starting to p**s me off. I haven’t been brutalized like some people… but you feel taken advantage of.”This year, if somebody prints something about me, I’m ready to take it to their a$$ because it’s just not fair.”I’m tired of hearing from my family members, `Did you say this?’ When somebody calls my family, that’s what concerns me. I have little brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews who are not so media savvy as me. “They are not so thick skinned with this business, so these reports bother them. That’s when I really want to go for somebody’s throat, legally with lawyers and all. And I will.”

If Queen Latifah is a lesbian, then why deny who she is? If she wants to prove she’s not then I’d like her to name one boyfriend she’s had in the last decade, who we know about. If she can’t then maybe she should just sue herself for not being honest with her family.

Queen Latifah (37) has signed on to endorse Jenny Craig. Latifah joins Kirstie Alley and Valerie Bertinelli as a Jenny Craig spokeswoman. Scott Parker, Jenny Craig’s vice president of marketing said:

"We officially confirm that Queen Latifah will join the Jenny Craig program in January. We are thrilled to have Queen Latifah support our mission of improving health by taking her first step toward achieving a more healthful lifestyle. Queen Latifah will have a very different campaign, focused on a healthier lifestyle, not on getting into a specific dress size."

Queen Latifah is a woman who knows herself. Now that Jennifer Love Hewitt has turned down Playboy, she should sign on with Jenny Craig like Queen Latifah has. It’s all about healthy choices, and being honest with yourself.

Queen Latifah was asked if the rumor was true about her intention to marry Jeanette Jenkins. Latifah said:

"When you’re famous these days, it’s just part of the deal — unfortunately. People will make up all sorts of things that are not true. . . . There ain’t gonna be no wedding."

It’s interesting that Latifah does not deny dating Jenkins, nor does she deny being a lesbian.
