Catherine Falk, the daughter of Peter Falk, filed for a legal conservatorship for her father claiming he requires "full-time custodial care for his health and safety," and he requires protection from "fraud or undue influence," because Catherine believes her father "can easily be deceived into transferring away property."

Catherine claims her father is suffering from Alzheimer’s. Getting old sucks.

Peter Falk (80) came out of a building in Beverly Hills yesterday flailing his arms around like he needed help. He was confused and disheveled.

After trying to cross the street, and nearly getting hit by a car, police were called to assist Falk, but let him go after he refused their help.

So sad to see a legend getting old, and losing his dignity. He really needs a one-on-one caregiver.
