Ashlee Simpson and Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz spent Saturday night kissing and cuddling at the new L.A. hot spot Parc.

At the club for a pal’s birthday, Simpson, 22, and Wentz, 27, got cozy in a semi-hidden booth, holding hands, gazing into each other’s eyes and smooching in between Simpson’s dance sessions with a group of girlfriends.

"They definitely weren’t hiding the fact that they were together," said one onlooker. "They were making out a lot and they were pretty intense."

Quite a few people who were at the Fall Out Boy show in New Mexico last night witnessed a sight they’ll never forget, Pete Wentz going ape sh*t.

Apparently during the last song Fall Out Boy was playing they were letting fans up on stage. The security at the venue started getting pretty upset at this and when Pete’s buddy/body guard person Charlie continued to let fans on stage the burley security guard HAD IT. He pushes Charlie who defends himself by pushing back and it turns into an all out brawl when the two guys fall into the crowd. Pete Wentz sees this, the music stops, and Pete jumps in and starts flailing his scrawny little Elmo arms, and kicking the sh*t out of the security guard. He then manages to find his way back on stage and remarks, "Thats what you get for f*cking with my friends…you f*ckin a**hole."

Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz played tonsil hockey while clubbing, then simmered down once they got to the car. Ashlee looks like she’s reading text messages, and bi-curious Pete looks like he’s visualizing that hot guy’s butt he saw earlier.

Pete Wentz and (forgettable girl) Ashlee Simpson are either a new couple, or Pete was Ashlee’s breakup lay. Too soon to call them a couple. He may not be “all that into Ashlee now that he’s tasted her sour milk.”
