Amy Winehouse is still fooling around with every Tom, Dick, and Pete Doherty that wanders her way. Amy and Pete were snapped out last night in London. Amy wore her best skank outfit. She’s such a lady.

It looks like these two are on a date, but there just friends, right? Hey Pete, your fly is open.

Amy Winehouse was questioned by police last week regarding a video clearly showing her doing multiple drugs. Despite the evidence, police are not going to pursue charges. Amy’s rep released this statement:

"Police have confirmed that no action will be taken against Amy Winehouse in relation to an investigation into a video handed to them in January.

She was questioned by policelast week and released on unconditional bail. They have now concluded their enquiries and no charges will be brought. Amy’s bail date to return toLimehouse police station has been cancelled, bringing this matter to an end.

Amy is pleased to be able tomove on and concentrate on music and particularly looks forward to seeing herfans again at eagerly awaited festival performances this summer."

Police have once again missed their chance to force Amy into court where a judge could at least order her into rehab to save her life. Some public service they are providing.

Pete Doherty was released from jail today after serving 29 days of his 14 week sentence. His first order of business he said was to enjoy a rum and Coke (not cocaine). He said of his experience:

"Well, I knew it was going to be a bit rough to start with, and with the overcrowding and the medical facilities. Although they do their best, they are good, they can’t cater for the average junkie."

Although Doherty showed off a drug test that was negative while he was in jail, he wouldn’t confirm that he had not indulged his drug habit in jail as had been rumored.

A rarely mentioned fact is that Doherty is a father, and he’s not setting much of an example.

Life-long drug addict Pete Doherty will be released early from jail on Tuesday, after serving only 29 days of his 14 week sentence. The reason for the short stay, overcrowding in the jail. He was thrown in jail after he missed some drug tests.

Reports claim Doherty was still doing drugs behind bars. A lot of good jail did him. A friend said:

“He’s planning to go straight to play a gig — and then get smashed. He wants no business appointments for three days — so he can really go for it.”

He’ll probably end up dead. Maybe Doherty can party with Amy Winehouse, which will kill two birds with one stone.

Amy Winehouse was spotted the other day visiting her husband Blake Fielder-Civil in jail, and the two were very affectionate. Now Amy is seen out with Mik Whitnall, Pete Doherty’s Babyshambles bandmate. A source said:

"He says they’ve slept together a couple of times. He told a few people after that stuff about her and Alex Haines came out. It’s always supposed to have happened when they’ve been on a bender. Telling people about her birthmark is his way of proving it happened. It’s male bravado."

Amy gets horny when she drinks. Mik is just a fling.

There is also a rumor that Amy wants to drop her current record label, because they want to delay her record to keep her from making money until she goes to rehab, and she wants Alex Haines to run it. A friend said:

"She’s really into Alex."

So why did Amy suddenly start visiting Blake in jail again, even though last Monday reports said she told him she was going to divorce him? A friend said:

"She doesn’t want it to look like she’s not offering him some support. She’s terrified he’ll do something stupid."

It’s all an act. Blake gets out of jail in June, and Amy is afraid she’ll lose a large part of her fortune to Blake if they get divorced. Amy appears to be putting on an act until she can get everything arranged, and put Blake in a position where he can’t go after her money, which means she might want him to go back to jail, then Alex can take over as her new man.
