Pete Doherty was arrested around 7 am on Saturday morning after he threw a bottle of beer at a car and broke the back window.

After finishing his German tour in Berlin Pete was also thrown out of bar early the bartender said:

"He was drinking shots and constantly asking where to get cocaine."

What happened to Pete’s drug implant to keep him off drugs?

Life sucks when you’re an addict.

Pete Doherty says was on a life support machine in October because his heart stopped. The official word for the Babyshambles show cancellations at the time was that he was exhausted. Pete says:

"If I hadn’t been on a life support machine I’d have been in Ireland, but my heart stopped."

"The doctors immediately thought was that it was to do with drugs, but it wasn’t. What happened? Well, I don’t know. I don’t remember. I was running into the walls, making steering wheel signs with my hands. And then I just stopped. My body just stopped."

Sounds like a reaction to drugs.

Pete has a medical implant that cancels the effects of heroin and cocaine, so he doesn’t believe drugs had anything to do with his medical issue.

First of all if Pete’s heart stopped he would be shocked with a defibrillator, and he might have burns from it. When Pete says he was on a life support machine, that’s usually a ventilator that breathes for someone who has stopped breathing. What probably happened was that Pete’s drugs were set too high so he had a reaction. When Pete was in the hospital they probably had him hooked up to a cardiac monitor so they could watch his EKG to know what his heart was doing.

This happened last month, and we’re just now finding out. The world has stopped caring about Pete since he is no longer associated with anyone more famous than himself.

It must be difficult for Pete’s children to see what a mess their father is.

Pete Doherty was arrested in Switzerland over the weekend, and now he’s been arrested for:

A spokesman for the Gloucestershire Police revealed that "At approximately 12.30am officers on patrol in Eastgate Street saw a car being driven erratically, it continued down Barton Street and was stopped in Derby Road. A 30-year-old man [Doherty] was arrested on suspicion of drink driving, possession of drugs and failure to stop for police, he remains in custody at this time."

Sounds like Doherty. He’s a mess, who is beyond help. How did he get a driver’s license?

Pete Doherty (30) was arrested in Switzerland after being taken off a British Airways flight. Staff on the airplane said they found Doherty slumped on a toilet intoxicated, and was escorted back to his economy class seat. Staff said they also found a hypodermic needle in the toilet, so police were called to meet the plane. A passenger said:

"A few people on the plane recognized Pete and he went to the bathroom more than halfway into the flight."

"He had been in there for about 25 minutes when the announcement came over the tannoy for the crew to prepare the flight for landing."

"The crew knocked on the door but Pete didn’t come out."

"They eventually managed to get in 10 minutes before the plane landed. Pete was taken back to his seat and he looked completely out of it."

"One of the crew took a needle out of the toilet wrapped in a tissue."

A Geneva police spokesman said:

"We were contacted by the captain of a BA flight and a passenger was controlled by police."

"He was charged but I cannot say what with. He paid a fine and was allowed to go."

Doherty returned to London on Saturday after performing at Neuchatel Open Air music festival on Friday after his arrest.

Back when Doherty was telling the media he was getting off drugs he said:

"I want to be remembered for my music, not the drugs or who I dated."

We sincerely wish Doherty luck in kicking his drug habit, before it kills him.

Pete Doherty was asked not to attend a Lily Allen show by her label, because Kate Moss was going to be there. Pete said:

"I wanted to see Lily Allen play the other week, but her label EMI got in touch and said, ’We don’t want you there because ex-girlfriend Kate Moss will be there and it will take attention away from Lily. Can you not go?’"

A distraction from Lily’s performance would only have been an improvement. Pete continued:

“I don’t know. I think I would have been courteous enough. Then I’d probably have head-butted her new boyfriend, put her over my shoulder and run off. Really and truly, I miss her.”

Kate can’t resist a real caveman like Pete. Kate’s so easy a caveman could do her, and he has.
