The word is that Paul McCartney has a new problem in his divorce. Heather Mills, his soon to be ex-wife, is spending money just for the sake of spending as much as she can, and she is withdrawing 4 and 5 figure amounts at a time in an effort to get as much cash as she can. Paul finally froze the joint bank account. The couple were married without a pre-nup, and Paul is worth about $1.5 billion dollars. It’s so obvious Heather is a gold-digger, but most courts just don’t care. There are a lot of people who will testify that Heather was an escort for rich Arabs, and pictures of her as a porn queen. I really hope, just this once, that a gold-digger walks away with nothing, and she has to pay back what she took. I feel very sorry for their two year old child more than anyone.

Fed-up Sir Paul McCartney has been considering leaving wife Heather Mills for 18 months of rage, despair and frustration.

Plagued by his wife’s constant criticisms and temper tantrums, and her clear lack of interest in his touring, he came reluctantly to realize they had little in common.

He tried desperately to make the four-year marriage work for the sake of daughter Beatrice, two.

But the final straw came in a blistering row last month over 38-year-old Heather’s recent leg operation, when she lashed out at him: “You don’t care!”

After threatening to sue any trying to cover the story that Paul McCartney and Heather McCartney might be separating, the latest news seems to support a split of the couple. It was reported a few weeks ago that Heather had part of her leg removed recently.

Sir Paul McCartney and his wife Heather are separating, the couple confirmed today.

A statement said the couple had “found it increasingly difficult to maintain a normal relationship with constant intrusion into our private lives”.

The couple said they had agreed “with sadness” to “go our separate ways” but insisted the split was amicable.

The couple have been apart for three weeks after a series of difficulties.

Sir Paul McCartney’S wife Heather McCartney has hit back at media reports the couple’s marriage is in trouble, branding the rumours “total rubbish”.

The former model is furious with reports she and the former Beatle are living apart, claiming she is merely resting after having surgery on her partly-amputated left leg five weeks ago (APR 2006). The animal rights activist claims the media started the rumours after she refused to allow pictures to be taken of her until she recovers from the surgery.

She says, “Paul and I are very much together. We will one hundred percent sue on this because it is total rubbish. “Someone has put a contract on me to get a picture, which is quite sick. I have been called by one of the paparazzi guys who said that they called Paul and said if you give me a picture of her we won’t chase her but if she doesn’t we will. That is sick.

“I am keeping my head down until I can recover properly because I don’t want to give them a picture. “Paul and I are together one hundred percent. I will see him soon, I see him all the time. I can’t wait to sue because I will make a fortune for my charity.”

Wow, that’s sad. Having a breast removed due to breast cancer would be quite a blow to a woman’s self esteem, but imagine having part of your leg removed, and then someone trying to get a picture of you that way. Not cool. Give her some space photogs.
