According to The Mirror, Lindsay Lohan has reconciled with Calum Best and is looking forward to more peaceful living after she leaves rehab.

Fresh from rehab, the actress – who was 21 on Monday – says she’s looking forward to calmer days with Calum in tow.

"I have a boyfriend now and pretty soon I’ll be going home to LA, so everything will become much calmer," she says.

The folks in these pictures, reportedly from a Malibu party over the July 4th holiday, may beg to differ.

The man Lohan is on, doesn’t appear to be Best, and that doesn’t look very calm, though she does a remarkable job of protecting her cigarettes, dontcha think?

Of course, everything is relative and for the famed partier, this may be a quiet night. There certainly isn’t any obvious evidence of cocaine or alcohol. It’s an improvement, regardless.

Plus, could you swear that’s Lindsay and not Mom Dina in these pics?

Didn’t think so.

If the Daily Mail is to be believed (and why wouldn’t they be) Diddy’s "friendship" with Sienna Miller led to the latest off-again of his longtime, intermittent relationship with the mother of three of his four children, Kim Porter.

Apparently, Diddy’s most recent gallivanting with the skanky Brit was the last straw for Porter, who gave birth to the couple’s twins in December.

Rumours of a rift between the two began circulating earlier this year when, right after the birth of the twins, Combs was seen out partying with Sienna till the early hours of the morning.

After the Factory Girl premiere the actress was spotted sneaking into her hotel at 9am in the morning with the rap star in tow.

But Diddy, told photographers at the hotel: "Man, I was just being a gentleman and dropping her off.

"Yeah, we all hang out together but there’s no more to it than that."

However, in the week prior to that they were seen cosying up after meeting at a film festival in Utah.

The friendship between Combs and Miller was rekindled last weekend when he arrived in London to perform in the Concert for Diana at Wembley Arena.

We’re guessing that January was pretty busy for Porter, and that she delayed her departure for a more manageable time. That in her postpartum hormonal state she resisted tracking Miller down and strangling her is a real testament to Porter’s self control.

If we had just delivered number 3 and number 4, out of wedlock for Thug Cheaty and heard that lame excuse about being a "gentleman" we would be on trial for double murder right about now. Or hiding out in Mexico learning Spanish and drinking mucho Pinas. Ole!

Page Six is reporting that Lindsay Lohan’s new rehab friend, the NYC check-pilferer Dori Cooperman, isn’t exactly being welcomed with open arms by the Firecrotch Faithful. They’re on to her plans and watching her maneuver to cement her relationship with her new BFF.

In all of the oceanfront photos and videos of Lohan’s party, one face keeps popping up: that of Cooperman, who extended her own rehab stay at Promises in a cheesy bid to befriend the center’s highest-profile resident, some of her New York pals say…

…Us Weekly will run the exclusive snaps in its next issue, Lohan’s rep confirmed. "Dori will be just thrilled to see her face in Us Weekly," sniped one partygoer. "Lindsay’s been warned about her. Right now, she’s being really nice and friendly to everybody, but everyone knows what Dori’s agenda is."

What exactly would the agenda be? Either Lohan is recovered or she isn’t.

So Cooperman either plans to scrap her own sobriety and ride the crazy coke-fueled train that is Lohan’s downward spiral to its inevitably tragic destination.

Or she’s already at work learning card games and scouting out the coolest Hollywood Bingo Parlors to frequent with her boring ginger-haired pal.

Dori, you little mailbox thief, has it really come to this?

Lindsay Lohan had a party at a beach house in Malibu with her addict friends Samantha Ronson, Callum Best, Evan Ross, and DJ AM in attendance. Samantha Ronson is the DJ accused of getting paid to tip-off the paparazzi, and cops, that Lindsay had been drinking and doing cocaine the night of her DUI? Reportedly, no alcohol was served at Lindsay’s birthday party, which means it was a bring your own booze party. It’s hard to believe Lindsay wasn’t drunk when she put on those blue plastic high heels. It doesn’t seem like a good idea to still be hanging around other addicts who aren’t in rehab, which supports my theory that Lindsay is either still drinking, or mentally retarded.

Lindsay Lohan turned 21 yesterday, and she’s apparently celebrating by having her things moved out of her posh Los Angeles condo, so she can settle into a quieter place when she leaves rehab. The New York Daily News says:

… a West Coast spy reports that her belongings have quietly been moved out of her apartment at the Sierra Towers in L.A.

"The Sierra Towers is party central," says an insider. "Lindsay has made the decision not to be around that when she gets out."

Current and former residents of the glamorous address include Matthew Perry, Vincent Gallo, Cher, PJ Harvey, Evander Holyfield, Joan Collins, Peter Lawford, Fred Durst, Sidney Poitier, George Hamilton and David Geffen.

It’s not like Lindsay chose not to have the big Las Vegas booze filled birthday bash, she’s got legal worries. Lindsay’s lawyer, Blair Berk, is reportedly pissed that the cops released blood test results showing Lindsay had cocaine in her system, and her blood alcohol was twice the legal limit the night she crashed her car into a Beverly Hills tree. Lindsay knows she’s got to find a quieter place where she can hide out from the cops.

Lindsay did get a new iPhone for her birthday.

Lindsay will be arraigned for DUI on August 24.
