Admit it: It’s hard to get mad at celebrities who lash out at the Paparazzi. Especially when they’re hot women. Pamela Anderson and Denise Richards have reportedly reached a settlement with two photographers who had a run-in with the sultry stars last year on the set of their upcoming movie, "Blonde and Blonder."

So the story goes, Richards and Anderson went bonkers on the two paps, calling them f-ing c–ksuckers, scumbags, douche bags, and paparazzi scum. A laptop computer was also thrown from a building, allegedly injuring an elderly, wheelchair-bound woman.

How was this awesome moment not caught on video?! Hopefully someone has it and we’ll get to see it someday.

The settlement details are confidential, but obviously the girls had to cough up some dough. It might have been worth the cash to get to kick a little paparazzi azz, though. Call it a catharsis.

Britney Spears was involved in a paparzzi assault on June 26, and details are still being released. There was a non-emergent call (311) made by a security guard at the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas in which the guard says Britney’s body guard threw one of the paparazzi threw a window, and sustained injuries. Click here to listen to the 311 call. Body guards are like gorillas. You have to look them in the eye, offer them bananas, don’t get too close or make sudden movements, and when they tear your arms off you must stand very still and show no fear.

Britney waddled into the Chateau Marmont the other night, and discovered the only table left was next to Victoria Beckham. Britney refused to sit next to Posh so she threw a fit and went to Il Sole. A source said:

"The Chateau Marmont tries to give celebs their privacy, and they hate her there. They like David, though."

Britney can’t compete with a woman like Posh who knows how to use a fork, and doesn’t fart every time she laughs. The Chateau Marmont loves Britney, and the likes of Lindsay Lohan. Sounds like a halfway house.

US Magazine is still trying to analyze why Britney is so crazy all the time:

“Her erratic behavior has moved into bipolar disorder,” surmises psychologist Dr. Robert Butterworth, who has not treated Spears, 25.

“Your energy level and emotions alternate between highs and lows, and that seems to have happened here.”

Psychologist Robi Ludwig, who also hasn’t treated her, agrees – to a point.

“It seems that Britney has a mood disorder,” she says, acknowledging that the singer’s behavior is “self-destructive, erratic and dramatic,” which could also be symptomatic of drug and alcohol abuse.

She added: "She strikes me as someone going through a delayed adolescence."

Drugs, alcohol abuse, delayed adolescence…whew that’s a big relief. I thought someone might actually blame Britney for her bad behavior and tell her to take personal responsibility. One of these days when Britney does something really bad, like set her kids on fire, we can all take a moment, blames ourselves for pushing her into it, then turn ourselves into the proper authorities to get the help we all desperately need.

Just days ago Britney Spears was involved in an incident where her bodyguard assaulted a paparazzi, and the first reports neglected to mention Britney’s lack of innocence. The AP says:

Spears yelled "I am going to kill you! I am going to f_ _king kill you!," at Andrew Deetz, the photographer who was allegedly beaten by Spears’ bodyguard on Thursday. The men were taking pictures of Spears and her children as they left the spa at the Wynn Las Vegas casino-hotel at about 11:30 a.m., accompanied by two bodyguards. One bodyguard, Cesar Julio Camera, pushed Henderson (the other photopgrapher) against the wall until Wynn security intervened.

Afterward, Spears ran toward Henderson but was stopped by security, and then threw a baby bottle at him.

Then, in front of several other hotel guests and bystanders, Spears threatened to kill Deetz and said he should get a restraining order against her because she was going to kill him or hire someone that would.

Las Vegas police issued a summons for a charge of battery to Camera, the only person cited in the incident. He could face up to six months in county jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted.

The paparazzi had probably just left church when they happened upon Miss Spears. They probably kept a safe unobtrusive distance while they took a few shots of their favorite celebrity to personally enjoy later, when BAM!, they got smacked down by Spears and her bodyguard. The paparazzi aren’t so innocent, but threatening to kill someone is illegal. Britney probably thinks that if you kill someone they just get back up like in cartoons.

More criticism of Britney’s parenting skills are coming out in the tabloids. Looks like Britney hasn’t been able to do anything right since she left the hillbilly hills. US Weekly says:

"Sean is having dental problems because Britney just shoves a bottle of juice in his mouth all the time to stop him from crying.”

Spears “asked an L.A. dentist if he would whiten her kid’s teeth!” The dentist refused.

On July 22, Spears and the kids toured – then took over for several hours – a Pacific Palisades home, on the market for $6.5 million. Upon arrival, her bodyguard removed the FOR SALE sign, then went to her Beverly Hills home to fetch some of their belongings. The result was a home seller’s nightmare, with Spears and her kids trashing the house before money exchanged hands. “She ate tacos on the bedroom floor!” a source says of the home. “She got crumbs and grease everywhere. She let her babies and her dog roam the floor. She left the bed a mess – I don’t know what’s wrong with her.”

The mag is rumored to have added…when Britney misplaces her pack of cigarettes, “she’ll actually turn to Sean and say, ‘Baby, where are Mama’s lollipops?’ Sean runs, gets her cigarettes and brings them back to her.”

Well Miss Spears, I’ve been looking for a qualified baby sitter, and I think I finally found the right one.

Hayden Panettiere running around in a bikini on a beach may not seem like news, but she’s a hot 17 years-old cheerleader from Heroes, and there are a lot of men out there waiting for her to turn 18 so they can slap her around with their hairy beer guts. I didn’t put all the pictures up but I can summarize them:

Photos 1-2: HP leaves trailer and is happy to see she’s famous as is indicated by the paparazzi (even if it is only one old creepy looking guy).

Photos 3-4: HP starts wondering why the paparazzi guy is wearing a raincoat and why he’s holding the camera with one hand.

Photos 5-7: HP calls her agent about the paparazzi guy, "yeah, he’s really starting to creep me out.."

Photos 8-9: HP tries to ignore paparazzi guy

Photos 10-13: HP is told that she should be able to see the police car any second now

Photos 14-18: "FOR GOD’S SAKE, GET OUT OF THERE!!!!"

Despite reports that the police were called by a person allegedly being chased by drug-crazed, intoxicated, SUV-driving Lindsay Lohan the other night, tipsters are indicating that Lohan was the chasee, not the chaser.

Sources connected to Lindsay tell TMZ both Lindsay, who was driving a Denali, and the Escalade in front of her, driven by the mother of Lindsay’s former assistant, were both being chased in a "unsafe and threatening" manner.

We’re told there may have been more than one vehicle chasing the duo, though we do not know the identities of those drivers. We could not confirm if paparazzi were chasing the cars. One thing we do know: there are no known photos of the incidents.

Speculation that the paparazzi were involved is building, but that seems like another convenient excuse. Next we’ll hear that before they chased Lindsay, the paparazzi forced her to shotgun a six-pack and slipped a bag of coke into her front pocket.

Oh…and handcuffed her to the steering wheel and told her that if her speed dipped below 50, a bomb they planted would go off.

Damn photographers.
