David Hasselhoff Not Hospitalized with Alcohol Poisoning

The lawyer for David Hasselhoff, Mel Goldsman, claims the story about the Hoff being hospitalized for alcohol poisoning yesterday was a lie told by Pamela Bach. Goldsman said:
"Bach is in violation of the court’s order precluding contacting the media regarding her ex husband."
Goldsman says he will go after Bach in court.
Radar Online reported today:
David Hasselhoff was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical center in Los Angeles for alcohol poisoning on Saturday after his distraught daughter Hayley (16) found him unconscious on the floor of his home in Encino, California.
For Hasselhoff, it was yet another case of alcohol poisoning and an emergency rush to the hospital to save his life.
This time the rescuer was his ex-wife actress Pamela Bach from whom he’s been bitterly estranged.
Hayley called her mom, who lives 10 minutes away in the Hollywood Hills and she rushed to the rescue and drove him to the hospital where doctors yet again saved his life.
This time the vodka-guzzling “America’s Got Talent” judge registered a staggering .39. alcohol level. Drunk driving in California is 08.
A source said a frightened Hayley kept “slapping her dad’s face” to keep him alive. “He was barely breathing when they got him at the hospital.
“He’s recovering. Pam was his bedside till 4a.m. this morning. This is about the 7th time he’s been taken to a hospital over the last few years with alcohol poisoning. How many visits will it take before he dies?”
A source also tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that Hoff has been hospitalized at least 10 times over the last few years – many unreported.
The Hoff’s rep, Judy Katz, said the Hoff:
"Is fine and well and happy and is celebrating his father, Joe Hasselhoff’s 80th birthday tonight at dinner, along with his girlfriend, Kimberly."
Katz confirmed the Hoff got drunk yesterday, but is at home today, and is fine.
Bach was arrested for DUI on March 11, and was bailed out of jail by the Hoff. It wouldn’t surprise us if an ungrateful Bach wanted to bring the Hoff down to her level with a made up story, despite the Hoff’s kindness towards her. The worst part is that the couple’s daughter is mentioned in the story, which means someone will be putting her in the middle by asking her if the story is true or not.

that last paragraph there... couldn't have said it better myself.
Pamela Bach Arrested for DUI

Pamela Bach (46), the ex wife of David Hasselhoff, was arrested at 9 pm on Wednesday for DUI, and booked into the Van Nuys, California jail around midnight. Bach was released from jail at midnight, three hours later, after posting $100,000 bail.
The suspected drunk driver is set to appear in court on April 6.
Remember when the Hoff’s went through their divorce, and Pamela released a video of David all drunk eating a hamburger at home? Looks like they’re both alcoholics. Too bad this DUI didn’t happen during the divorce, then maybe Pamela wouldn’t have received what she really deserved from the divorce.
The parents might consider getting their kids some early counseling and education after living with two alcoholic parents, so they don’t end up addicted as well.

Pamela Bach Says No Settlement for the Hoffs

A rep for Pamela Bach Hasselhoff provided "Extra" with the following statement:
"Although Pamela has been working hard to put this divorce behind her and moving on, since David was unavailable to attend Friday’s conference meeting, an agreement was not signed. Despite published reports, a settlement has not been reached nor finalized. Once David returns from vacation and elects to attend the next scheduled meeting — which to date, he has not been present at any — a settlement may be reached. As usual, Pamela’s top priority is being a full-time mom to their girls."
Bach needs to count her blessings that David Hasselhoff is even willing to settle anything. He could take it all, so Bach should just keep her mouth shut. Don’t hassle the Hoff.
David Hasselhoff and Ex Reach a Settlement

David Hasselhoff and ex-wife Pamela Bach have reached a settlement in their divorce. They will share 50/50 custody of daughters Taylor and Hayley. They also reached an agreement on spousal and child support, but those terms were not disclosed. The couple’s Encino, California home will be put on the market. David had allowed Pamela to live there after she was ordered to move out, but they have now agreed to sell the property.
David is an amazingly generous person. Pam could have ended up without anything but supervised visitation, no home, no income, and no money for rehab. David deserves a lot of respect. Ladies and gentlemen, The Hoff.

Don't Hassel the Hoff.
David Hasselhoff Drunk and Hospitalized

The National Enquirer reports that David Hasselhoff has been hospitalized after having a drunken relapse. The Hoff’s rep. Judy Katz issued this statement:
"David had a brief relapse and immediately recognized the importance of addressing it with the assistance of his doctors. He is doing fine and will be back home in the morning".
The children have been in ex-wife Pamela Bach’s care for the last six weeks while The Hoff has been out of the country in Romania shooting "Anaconda 3." Mediation is scheduled for Thursday, and this incident may affect custody of the children. The kids might be better off with Richard Simmons adopting them. At least he’d keep them from getting fat, and having low self esteem. Of course then they’d have to start answering questions about why they have two dads.
